Had a problem going through the Bread Payment app but Joel helped out and got everything fixed. The bbq shipped the next day and will be here soon. So far other than the system glitch with Bread everyone I have dealt with has been super responsive.

I had ordered a part for my propane fireplace earlier. I wanted to get it in time for my son-in-law to install it while he was visiting. It turns out it’s defective. The company was wonderful when we contacted them. They immediately told me they would send an email with a return shipping label. I’ll be reimbursed when they receive it. The representative was also helpful when we told them I thought I had ordered a remote with an auto feature and I need it in my new part. The new part is on its way and I will be shipping the old one shortly. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful.

The 1-Inch Zircon Fire Glass is a nice size and design. This is my second order of the 1-Inch Zircon Fire Glass. I bought it not for a fire pit but to decorate a 54' diameter labyrinth. The website is easy to maneuver, and the delivery is quick.

Still have not received the item I ordered and when I inquired was told that Spotix had not yet received the item from Weber. To date I have no item and it is past the expected delivery date not great customer service and definitely lacking in providing any information

When I called for help in understanding different features of the gas fireplace we wanted to order, the representatives were very patient and thorough. I actually called several times while we were trying to decide which features we wanted. I was very pleased with their assistance.

I have a expensive Fire Magic grill. I spent $328 for a set of 3 flavor grids. They sent me the newer 2020 model and mine is the 2014 model so it doesn't fit! I had ordered last year and had injuries and didn't clean grill till this year. Spotix will not take parts back and wants me to pay about $200. So I had called R.H.Peterson and the tech said Spotix was a reliable source, but No!
So after Spotix finely got back to me, I call the manufacturer and told them what was going on, they told me that they stand behind there products and would take care of it! I also told them I need to get a new supplier and wasn't going to waste my money on Spotix again and they said that they could get me a new supplier of their products!
Fire Magic will take care of what Spotix didn't!
Now you've lost all of my business!
