Ordering was easy, meals were delicious, and I had to reach out to customer service and they were top shelf. Excellent company.

I love the concept of what Sprinly is trying to accomplish - healthy vegetarian meals delivered to your home weekly with the flexibility to skip shipments as needed/desired. That said, after trying the service for one week, I decided not to continue for the following reasons:
1. As the only non-meat eater in my household, I realize that six meals (each more than adequate for two dinners) per week is just too much for me to consume/enjoy by myself, while the food is still fresh & tasty.
2. It may just be my tastebuds, but there was a similarity to the meals in my first shipment (flavorings, spices, etc.) that became redundant after about Day 3. I am now on Day 8 and still have one complete meal left to open.
3. I'm a pescetarian and try to eat seafood (especially salmon) at least 2-3x/week. I supplemented my Sprinly meals with additional protein, including seafood, extra fresh tofu, etc.
4. As a 2nd-generation Japanese-American, I look forward to enjoying Asian cuisine at least 2-3x per week. While I enjoyed Sprinly's Osaka Soba Noodles with Tofu & Peanut Sauce (the only meal I consumed in one sitting!), again, there was a similarity in the flavors/seasonings of the combination meals I received. I also missed having gohan (Japanese rice) with some of my meals. Which I could certainly have made myself, but that was hardly the point of signing up for Sprinly!
5. Several years ago, I subscribed to Hello Fresh for a brief period and appreciated being able to "mix & match" menu selections, so my husband (now deceased) could also enjoy some of their more carnivorous meals. I love to cook and having all the ingredients I needed in exact proportions to prepare their meals without wasting the inevitable overage was a definite plus.
6. Finally, I applaud Sprinly for launching this new meal delivery service and wish them much success. Unfortunately, I just don't eat enough at one sitting or fast enough to benefit from their minimum six-meals/week delivery program.

Customer service was great! Some meals were yummy, others ok. Definitely convenient and healthy.

Food was pretty bad. Packaging completely unsustainable.

So glad we found Sprinly! The food is delicious, nutritious and satisfying. Portion sizes are perfect. No prep, no chopping, no stress. Thank you!

I love your food. I am 82 years old and very tired of my own cooking. I found that I was not eating well. Your meals have gotten me back on track with my health and my life.

The food is very good and I like the variety! The best food delivery service I've used. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the expense. I know I won't be able to use the service long-term.

The meals don’t taste good to me and the leafy greens (kale and spring leaf) did not travel well. I had to throw them out. I’ve been vegan for 20 years so I was really disappointed.

Prior to becoming disabled, I cooked everything from scratch. So it has been extremely difficult for me to embrace convenience food, especially since the quality, textures, and nutritional content of convenience tends to be appalling. Sprinly provides high quality, balanced meals that don’t disappoint. Well worth the expense compared to other meal delivery services.

I emailed but haven’t heard from you. Could someone please call me at the phone number on file? The order was delivered to the wrong apartment. I eventually found it but no idea how long it sat in the sun. Delivery was supposed to be Wednesday but came early and to wrong address. All ice was melted completely and food barely could tell it was once refrigerated.

Fresh foods are fantastic!
All the plastic containers & packaging, though useful, are too much to deal with when busy with 6-8 kiddos.Also the container can't be popped in air fry oven real quick if preferred.
It's very difficult to find a good food service that checks all the boxes.Overall your service is good.It could be great! Cauliflower tortillas were fantastic heated in air fryer with veggies!! Unique, healthy, yumilicious, impressions leaving foods along with better sauce/ food ratio & more eco friendly containers will set you apart :)
I personally look for flavorful,
eco friendly, low sodium options with vegan/pescatarian foods.
So far my fave food service is local to me, in Union City CA area....Cook Unity.

I thought some of food had little taste I am not a vegetarian so that might of influenced opinion.

The meals have all been delicious. Delivery process a little unpredictable. I asked to be notified of delivery and was not. Wish the delivery driver would ring the bell when he sets the box on the porch.

Repetitive meals, required to buy too many at a time.

Still adjusting to a new life style with Alpha Gal. I find the food a little bland. The warming instructions are a bit to get used to so he food is consistent.

Last week was our first week trying vegetarian meals. Overall we liked most of the meals. This will be a transition for us. Definitely looking forward to trying new foods and a healthier diet. Was a little surprised at the preparation time on a couple of the meals. Most were very tasty.

We were very pleased with our first order and enjoyed the food tremendously. In the second shipment, we had one meal within which the packaging was broken. Obviously that affected our interest in eating that meal. I hope that that issue can be resolved. Happy to provide a picture.

My meals are delivered in timely fashion . Healthy and delicious.

I just completed the first week of 6 meals. Each meal is truly delicious and plentiful! Easy to prepare and the ingredients are very healthy. Eating a plant-based diet has never been so easy, too!
