Well I can say it wasnt cheap, but it hasbeen worth every penny. During the 1st 12months there were a few teething problems, they were reported and attended to very quickly. The installation went well due to good workers who were very polite.
This lift has been a big asset to my life, no falling down stairs, moving washing and certain goods too heavy to to carried by visitors.Ican certainly recommend this product. It has made my life a lot easier, easy to clean.

While there were some initial hitches during installation, parts missing or incorrect. These were quickly resolved. The aftercare service is second to none. When I have needed to call the telephone is quickly answered and the problem addressed. All the staff from installers, to service engineers and co-ordinators are very professional but also very friendly and eager to help.
I would 100% recommend STILTZ to anyone thinking of installing a home lift

It has made such a differenc to my life, I can go any where in my house now , up or down. All the mess made they cleared up , and I was very pleased with the way they worked.

We purchased a Stilz Homelift three years ago and the best thing we have did as my wife was having trouble with stairs.
We took out a warranty plan but have never had a problem but are assured that if we needed help Stilz maintance would be on hand. We do have a yearly service agreement.

We have had the lift (Trio) for over 2 years now, and it has been very reliable in use. My wife finds it so much easier than a stairlift for getting up- and down-stairs. A minor drawback is that there is not much clearance to get the wheelchair through the doorframe. The lift is also perfect for moving heavy objects (e.g. suitcases, vacuum cleaners) between floors.

Having a Stilz lift installed was the best decision we've ever made.
From the installation to the present day we are extremely pleased.

We arranged for 2 Stiltz Lifts to be installed in our home and we have not regretted that decision in the least. Ours is a 4 Storey house … so lots of stairs to climb. But not anymore!! We do still use the stairs as excellent daily cardio exercise BUT no more problems with weighty items … when bringing in the weekly shopping or moving heavy items from downstairs to upstairs of from upstairs to the lower floors. The lifts are excellently constructed and run smoothly. A year after being installed (recently.) an engineer came to service them as per the Contract. Wonderful workmanship , excellent installers, GREAT product, really helpful Staff, Engineers & Installers

My Stiltz lift is so important to my general well being and ability to go upstairs. I recommend anyone who has mobility issues to consider ( if you have the space) these lifts. This is my second lift at two different properties. It has made such a difference. Service is great and costs are low(ish).All in all it has been a worthwhile purchase

I am a paraplegic wheelchair user following a cycling accident. I looked at a few companies before deciding on Stiltz. There were a few hiccups during installation due to communications between the Stiltz surveyor and the installation team. Communications between the two changed, initially we could talk to either directly, that changed and we had to go via Stltz installation office. However the installation was completed ready for my return for Salisbury spinal rehab hospital. We had a small extension built to house the lift. This allowed the lift to access the three levels of our house. Our house is built on a slop and the dining room is on an intermediate level between the living rooms and the bedrooms. This allows my wheelchair access to all levels in the house and has proved just perfect. The lift fits in well and does not detract from the overall appearance of the house. I am really pleased with the lift, it is easy to operate and can recommend Stiltz to those considering a house lift.

Kept appointment times during the survey and installation stages. Helpful follow up visits.

Whilst at this stage we do not personally use the lift for ourselves has been very useful in moving heavy items. It was vital to enable a elderly relative to visit.

Have been spreading the word to friends and family.

From the salesman calling to the completion of the room lift everything that was said and done was in my view very professional
There was no mess left and the workmen were very polite, and they explained every stage of the work being carried out.

Very prompt and excellent workforce when installing the life , a few teething problems initially but again prompt service and excellent communication skills. This lift has made life so much easier and enabled the consumer to continue living at home independently

Having had our Stiltz Duo Lift now for over a year, we can say that after being used several times a day, it has given fault free operation. The 12 month service was carried out efficiently and courteously at a time to suit us.
We would certainly not want to be without it and so have no hesitation in recommending Stiltz Home Lifts.

We purchased a larger Stiltz lift over a year ago as we couldn't go up and down stairs carrying anything. It holds two of us and belongings comfortably and is quiet and quick and easy to use. Loved the safety features which work well. Instalation was done well by friendly and professional staff. We took out a 10-year service ontract which seems to work well too. It's been a real asset.

We are extemely pleased with our lift and it has made a big difference to getting upstairs for my husband.
The process from start to finish was very good and the workmanship excellent. The guys were great very obliging nothing was too much trouble - they were always on time - cleared up after themselves even down to the rubbish being removed the following day.
One slight hesitation the cost - make sure you know the price in advance in full.
1 negative point the cost of a plan for when the warranty runs out we think is extortionate and something you are not told about in advance. This has put a damper on it for us and not sure we can take it out due to the cost.

We put a Stiltz lift to future proof a new build. Currently it doesn't get much use but it's an upside down house so it is useful for moving shopping etc too! The lift has a small footprint and works well enough so was a great buy. It's not the fastest but quick enough. One thing that surprised me is the user has to keep a finger on the up or down button otherwise it just stops. It doesn't just go to the next floor. I guess this is a safety device. The other thing is we have grandchildren and I wanted to disable it so they couldn't use it. It has a key but when you remove it an alarm sounds. So I can't deactivate it. Having said that so far it hasn't been a problem.
Happy so far.
