From the very start, the team were responsive, engaged with our needs, and very happy to send samples across and evolve the design based on our changes. We also visited the showroom for ideas and Chloe did a great back and forth. Chris was great at making sure the survey and the technical aspects were accurate before installation. He joined on day one of install with Rob, who was the installer and what was great after the work was all done, they came back for our sign off. No hesitation in working with the team at Stone and Earth again.

Great communication from first meeting Chloe, until the last person left our house when all complete.
All tradesmen and planners extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend stone and earth. Owners of company- you have chosen your staff very well !

From my first contact to choose my worktops through the survey and fitting I was very impressed. Jayson who surveyed was very detailed. Dave and Mick who fitted my worktops were very friendly, with great humour and extremely professional, thanks to both you guys. My wife is over the moon, so a big thank you to Stone and Earth.

Stone & Earth is local to us so we visited their showroom with the idea to buy tiles for our family bathroom refit. Once we spoke to Jae and seen the quality of their work we decided to ask them to develop our design ideas into something that worked in the space available. We met with Jae a few times and bounced a few emails back and forth. After paying a deposit it was about 6 weeks later they started. Their fitters were excellent. Everything was kept tidy. Arrived on time everyday and kept us informed at every step. The finished result was amazing. The quality of the materials is excellent. Everything fitted with care and precision. I can't believe how good our new bathroom now is. We have a feature wall in the walk in shower, a mirror with led lighting and demister glass, and very elegant taps. Every element works perfectly together and is just as Jae described and illustrated to us using a 3d computer render. I highly recommend talking to them if you want a new bathroom fitted.

From initial viewing to completion of purchase, every enquiry or request we made was happily responded to efficiently & effectively. I would recommend the team without question.

We had our kitchen fitted last September. From the design stage through to fitting Stone and Earth could not have been any more professional and efficient. Very impressed with the trade team. We recently had a problem ( our fault!) they responded and sorted it so quickly. We highly recommend.

I'm totally in love with my new barhroom. It looks fabulous. Jae did a great job on the design and added a couple of twists, that made it extra nice. The fitters were also great, did a neat job and tidied up after themselves. What more can I say.

Jae at Stone and Earth designed us an incredible ensuite! He totally transformed the small, dark space we had in to a beautiful, luxurious shower room. Jae was interested in finding out how we used the room before starting his design and included every aspect we wanted - and some we would never have dreamed could be achieved! He talked us through every aspect of the design and the fitting and was regularly on site to check on progress during the work. Tom and Justin who fitted the bathroom were fantastic and we are delighted with the results. A professional experience throughout and we would highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve dealt with Stone And Earth . First time was 2022 and they done my Kitchen worktop. this time Done my utility room. And again, the service was flawless attention to detail from start to finish from dealing with Alex in sales and Jason who done the measuring and Dave and MIKE who fitted. We visited Stone & Earth. We were assisted by Jason who gave us samples to take home. We returned the following day to complete our order.
The advice and support we were given by Jason was first class. He ordered and organised everything we needed, down to the last detail, including the floor specialist to installthe tiles.
We could not thank him enough for his input. He gave us a level of service we did not envisage, superb!

Fantastic customer service, I went in just looking for a single tile to put my firepit on and was worried I was going to end up having to buy a whole pack but I spoke to Jason and he found a spare tile that he gave me for free. I can't speak to their prices compared to the bigger chains having not paid anything but that kind of customer service is truly unparalleled.

A big thank you to Jason and Chloe who were extremely helpful in our tile choice for new bathroom recently. Fantastic choice of tiles too and Jason’s knowledge of trims and grouting to set the whole thing off was perfection.

Jason at Stone & Earth has been great to deal with it. He helped us from start to finish in choosing tiles for our kitchen, bathroom & en-suites. His attention to detail is spot on, he spent so much time with us showing us many options and different grouts etc. Would definitely recommend Stone & Earth and look forward to dealing with Jason more in future projects.

Finished quality ok ish, but the "templating" was not. It was a survey only, starting with some sort of tripod device and a probe on a string, not a laser. The guy then went on to use a tape measure! He said there would be mitring to suite an odd wall angle, in the end it was 10mm short and filled with 10mm of silicone.
The drawings were dimensioned to 0.1mm! Crazy! One of the upstands was not high enough by a long way, luckily there sufficient of the slab left to get a new one on the same day. A cable cut out discussed with the surveyor was 70mm long and not the 80mm I asked him for. Jointing was not as discreet as in the showroom.

I first was introduced the Stone & Earth in 2021 when I was looking for someone who could make a marble fireplace hearth which was proving harder than expected, they helped us then with that project and we've reverted to them on a number of occasions since. Most recently for our new kitchen worktops, competitively priced (I did get multiple quotes) combined with great customer service and fantastic teams that came to site to template and install.
Also enabling us to go to pick the slabs of stone gave so much confidence in the quality and look of the stone.
We are in love with the amazing marble worktops and splash back.

Really pleased with the replacement worktops. Great service and installation. Only deducted one star because it wasn't made clear when we purchased that we'd have to be responsible for having old worktops removed and disposed of. This left us in awkward position of having to find someone to remove old worktops at short notice and added to overall cost of project consequently. Otherwise excellent all round.
