Had a great experience with Stone and Earth, myself and my partner were very pleased with the service! Our countertops were important for our design, and we spent a lot of time choosing the right ones, we had lots of great help and advice from the showroom guys and girls here, and the guys who fixed our tops were great - Dave and Lee, who were very professional and friendly. We highly recommend if you are thinking of new countertops.

Because the kitchen is in Brittany we cut out the templates ourselves and gave them to Alex at Stone and Earth. It was 30mm think Onyx. It was quite an operation to get them safely to site but this was done and they fitted perfectly. They were reasonably complicated as they were a U shape and also included a breakfast bar. So good cooperation on both sides and a perfect result.

Bought a kitchen for our self build. From the design point to the after sales service, we have been completely satisfied with the experience, professionalism and quality of products and staff support. We are really pleased with our wonderful homely kitchen. Thank you Dan and Chris.

Excellent service from initial enquiry all the way through to installation. Expectations exceeded in all areas - which is a refreshing experience!

Visited the Company's showroom on the 29th January and was greeted and shown the range of worktops by a lady in the sales dept.
Product was selected, and a quote received an hour later. On placing the order, dates were given for templating and installation. Everything done on time, and installation on the 7th February completed to an excellent standard.

From the moment we met Dan on our first visit in the showroom, all the way until Phil fitted the last piece of our new kitchen, it was 5 star service all the way. We visited a number of competitor kitchen suppliers and reduced our short list to two. Our alternative supplier appeared to provide a quote which was £3,000 cheaper than Stone & Earth, but when Dan very kindly reviewed what was included, and more importantly, not included the price difference became insignificant. The service we have received from start to finish with Stone & Earth was beyond expectation. We were extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with, particularly Dan, Phil, Jarred, Jason and of course Graham, our project manager throughout the entire process. Attention to detail was evident throughout and more importantly everyone listened to us, their customer, which seems to be in short supply with some other companies. In short we are delighted with the end result as we have a wow kitchen that works for us. Many thanks to Stone & Earth.

Having used many trades on a project at home, I felt I had to leave these guys a review! Had a great experience visiting the showroom and choosing my worktop. Very knowledgeable staff and were very helpful with colour choices.
After a delay on my part we were pleasantly surprised to be offered a Saturday for the tops to put in, Dave brought the tops (I forget his helpers name!) couldn’t have been more helpful and am over the moon with my new worktops! Thanks to Stone and Earth and to Dave for going the extra mile, we really felt at ease as this was the final touch in our project.

My wife and I are building our own chimney breast and fire surround and are complete novices. We went into stone and earth to look at their tiles (very classy collection) and left having been given all the advice about what we need to do as well as a parts list. The lady working on reception was helpful, informative and lovely. If only all customer service was this good.

Sonia listened carefully to my brief and put forward ideas which reflected what l wanted and in the budget l had outlined.
She also offered some of her own thoughts which complimented what l wanted to achieve.
My deadline was tight but through the whole process Sonia worked diligently and enthusiastically.
She is an extremely knowledgeable, creative and professional designer who works that extra mile for the client.
I am extremely happy with my new bathroom and have had lots of compliments.

We went to stone & earth on recommendation of our kitchen fitter to purchase worktops and ended up buying the entire kitchen. We are delighted. We have used Stone and earth twice in recent years. On both occasions we have been delighted with the quality of the product (worksurface) and the standard of the service. The staff in the showroom took time to advise and offer us various options and there were plenty of examples to see. When the template team came to the house they advised about the lay out and returned 10 days later to fit the worksurface. It fitted perfectly and looks fantastic. All in all, we feel we have had a great experience at a competitive price.

From template to end result, this firm were professional, prompt and polite. The finished result was brilliant, thank you very much.
