I ordered a beautiful coat but 3 months later received a horrible ugly cheap bracelet and to get my money back PayPal requires I pay postage to return the item back
I'm so angry by all of this I absolutely hate being ripped off and I'm angry this has happened too many times

Really wanted to love Store Envy as a seller. Took me the best part of a day to list a few of my items (clothing). I am very familiar with selling on platforms like this and all of them are very simplistic, easy to use and fast to list. Was very surprised how slow it was to do any of these things on Store Envy. Even loading photos took ages. Not for me.

I ordered gardening clippers one month ago. Received confirmation. However, no follow up or status. Requested update from seller. Nothing. Asked for refund - nothing. Tried to find customer service assistance but it does not seem to exist - no response from the one possibility. The site seems to be a loose affiliation of independent operators so you are totally at risk of having a bad experience with one seller, with no one at a corporate level overseeing quality or responsiveness. I unfortunately must recommend extreme caution.

Store Envy has a huge problem with inactivity. It's a platform that individuals can set up a shop on, but I've ordered multiple items from four individual sellers and nobody has sent me anything. I feel like I'm just going around and around in circles emailing these shops and then ultimately having to resort to filing chargebacks with Paypal. I have no idea how Store Envy can stay in business like this. They don't have any means of allowing you to cancel your order while it is being processed and they have a lousy, non-public rating system.
What the platform needs is accountability. If multiple people are filing chargebacks and complaining because they aren't getting their items, the website needs to shut the store down. However, they've removed themselves completely from that level of responsibility and it's easily visible on their website. This is definitely not a trustworthy platform that anyone should consider buying from.

I submitted a review last week re a product I had ordered over a month ago and never received. It did arrive today and I have concluded the delay was caused by strikes and the freeze on everything during the past week so I rescind the original review.
This Company is a scam I ordered a blouse about a year ego and I never received

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Quickly realized a a problem with the site and then cancelled the order. On their page it says any order cancelled in the first 72 hours would be refunded. Have not seen a refund and every day I contact them they say they will send the refund when their finance manger gets to work. He obviously never goes to work cause I still dont have a refund. Also, on the website it says they are based in Riverside, CA but when payment went through on Paypal it was clearly to China. Do not waste your time with sugerdress.storenvy.com. reason I placed this order with a third party is because they said they re out of California NOT CHINA. My son passed away December 24th. After The holidays i immediately contacted both companies to process a refund. Stonenvy immediately told me I would have to go through kmA.specials1....I have been trying ever since. PayPal actually refunded me the money and then kmA.specials LIED TO THEM and said they were waiting on the return which they sent a prepaid postage. So the charge was applied again. THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE ME AN ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have escalated this with PayPal credit and they are appalled that nothing has been done. As far as I am concerned Storenvy is just as responsible for representing such a despicable company.

Like so many others on here, I purchased items from a store on storenvy, the store was Belladonna Home Decor. I never received merchandise, The store would not respond to my emails, so contacted Storenvy and eventually store responded, said theyd check into it , finally sent me a tracking # and said they included a free gift for my inconvenience. Finally day of Arrival came, did not receive my merchandse, but did receive stupid poster they included "for my inconvenience", reported back to both Belladonna and Storenvy, that i did not receive products ordered, only after Storenvy contacted Belladonna, did they respond to me, said they would issue refund, allow for 5-7 biz. days, so waited, 8 days, no refund, contacted again, and again had to contact Storenvy to get them to reply, they then said would issue immediate refund and would receive in 2 Biz. days, 3 days go by, no refund, contacted again, and again had to contact Storenvy to get them to reply. They then said, they were allowing shipping company until the 8th of Dec. to track pkg. and would refund if they can't track pkg. Today, the 9th, no contact from company about my refund, so wrote them and no response, of course! The order was placed back in Sept. and it is now Dec. and they have given me the run around all this time. As others have said, Storenvy does nothing to vet the merchants on their platform, does nothing to mitigate clearly unethical practices and I'm sure they are going to write under this review to please send info to them so they can mitigate, they have all the info and they don't do anything to stop these fraudulent merchants. Run! don't walk away from this unethical biz. As a side note: I paid with credit card and reported to credit card co. and they assured me I will get my refund so good practice to use credit card for on line transactions. Also, you can report to consumer protection agency, you can fight back! hope this saves others from these thieves.
I placed an order last year through Storenvy with supposed retailer “Ocean Retail dba: Kitchen Market” who never sent my item and claimed they refunded my money back to my credit card on 1/11/21 - today is 11/22/21 and I have yet to receive my refund and Ocean Retail will not respond to my emails. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, DO Not buy anything from Ocean Retail or Storenvy.
Missing my order for over two months now and they wont reply to emails.

THE WORST. STAY AWAY. SCAMMERS.
They seemed to be selling a product from a company I liked years ago. Ordered. A month later, when nothing had arrived, I discovered that that company had GONE OUT OF BUSINESS YEARS AGO. Storenvy happy to take my money, not as happy to determine if the sellers they were repping actually existed. Their unhelpful suggestion? Reach out to the (defunct) company. I explained a dozen times at least that I could no more reach out to this company than I could reach out to Abraham Lincoln - neither of them is a thing anymore. So I'm basically out $50 because they don't do a minimum diligence. Who got my $50? Well, the defunct company didn't. And Storenvy wasn't interested in giving me a refund, so I guess THEY got the money. It's only $50 so big deal. BUT. To you out there reading this? STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Upon purchasing my items, I was contacted by the stall holder - NOMAD in this instance, that the items I purchased were no longer available. She is now not responding to messages or calls. I will be reporting Nomad to the relevant authorities. Do not buy berber baskets from her store. She is running a scam.
