The worst estate agents and experience I’ve ever had. Over two years and my property still has not been sold. Let down again as another sale fell through from checks that should have been done at the beginning of the sale. Terrible advice given on many occasions, knowing I am paying through the nose for an empty property. Do not let these time wasters sell your property. Unbelievable and awful company. Only interested in auctions as that’s where they make their money. Extremely annoyed with this allerton road branch in Liverpool

I am an investor, called to book an appointment to view a property ( black horse lane, Liverpool. Unhelpful rude female on the phone. Good luck for the sellers as they are not accommodating. Also they are closed over the weekends.

I 100% would not recommend this company. I have been dealing with Adam Baldwin who has all of a sudden stopped contacting me. I simply let him know what dates would be available for them to do a valuation of a property I’m selling. The communication is so poor. Worse than poor as I’ve had none. I’ve even sent a follow up email twice, rang them (always goes to voicemail) absolute worst company. I’ve since contacted another estate agent who have answered right away and booked me in there and then for a property valuation. Awful company, avoid if you can!

The city centre branch has always being the most responsive to email and phone calls, the team has an amazing customer service culture and Mary-Kate is an absolutely brilliant lead negotiator on arranging viewing and productively engaging seller/buyer with top class negotiation skills.

I can highly recommend Sutton Kersh.

This company is such a useless bunch. Told us we have to go in person to viewings when we don't live in the city and are trying to move there. Then sigh down the phone at you when you say that. They don't offer virtual viewings which is a TOTAL oversight because how are we supposed to move there if we can't get there. Here is an actual conversation I had:

"Well maybe once you've moved to the city, we can organise a viewing."

"And how do you suppose I move to the city if I have nowhere to live?"

And then I was hung up on.

How embarrassing for a letting company to not offer this. They actively try to not get their properties let out and you'll be lucky to get through to them at all. What a mess.

It seems that this company are not at all interested in selling houses. They don’t answer phones, don’t respond to emails and if you are lucky to get through, bend over backwards to not sell a property.

Imagine a house being on the market with them for over 6 months, and a negotiator actively doing their utmost to stop a potential client arranging a viewing?

Stunningly bad. I feel really sorry for anyone who has a house up for sale with them.

Buyer Beware buying at Sutton Kerch auctions. Buyer to pay sellers legal fees and auction fees, but they don’t state any figures in the legal pack, you only find out on completion that they have put on several thousand pounds in seller fees.

Had a viewing today at noon with a company called Sutton Kersh, confirmed by sms, confirmed by two phone calls. the last confirmation phone call was 2 hours before heading to the property.
Arrived there waited for like 20 minutes and nobody showed up. i called the company, and after a little debate they told me that my viewing was canceled.
when i argued with them, it turned out that they have problems accessing the property due to to inaccessibility with the current tenant.

they dragged me and the whole family down to the middle of nowhere to test out whether i can get access to the property or not.

appologies there but sort out your internal problems before using random customers as test subjects.

very unprofessional and the person that was with me on the phone was even worse.

if i see properties posted by this company on any website i'm skipping.

We went to a viewing at noon after confirming twice this morning and they never showed up. After a phone call they claimed that they canceled the meeting then that they couldn’t actually access the tenant. What a professional waste of time.

My home was priced accurately. I was a touch skeptical just because of the sold prices previously but I trusted Sutton Kersh & they were proved right.
The sales staff did a cracking job I am very happy with the way things have gone….. a massive well done to everyone in the office. The process from valuation to legal completion was around 10 weeks which is fantastic Thank You to all staff at Sutton Kersh.

Recently sold a house with Sutton kersh. Girls in the office kept me informed throughout the process and house completed within 6 weeks. Will definitely recommend and use again

put a bid in for a property and was accepted. We then did due diligence and found that their was a major problem with the roof and rising damp. We then reduced our offer. We were then suddenly told that somebody else had bid for the property above the asking price and it was sold. We told them that if the deal falls through then let us know. 3-4 months on the property is still on the market with a for sale sign on and also listed on their website? either they lied about the new bid or they forgot or was too busy to let us know that the property was still available?

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Sutton Kersh Liverpool. I had scheduled a flat viewing for a Saturday at 1 pm, with the arrangements being made on the preceding Friday. The agency had advised me to communicate any potential changes as soon as possible, which is exactly what I endeavored to do when I anticipated a delay due to a three-hour journey and potential traffic issues.

Regrettably, the agent I had been dealing with was not working on that Saturday, and there was no automated out-of-office response to inform me of this situation. Therefore, I was under the mistaken impression that my message about my delayed arrival had been received and acknowledged.

When I arrived at the property at 1:45 pm, there was no response from the tenant. My attempts to contact the agency by phone were met with indifference, as my calls either remained unanswered or I was told the salesperson was unavailable.

In an attempt to rectify the situation, I visited the agency's office, which was conveniently located five minutes away. To my astonishment, I found the salesperson present in the office, despite my calls being disregarded earlier. I relayed the sequence of events to them, but instead of accepting their role in the communication lapse, they left voice messages for the tenant, failing to take responsibility for not conveying my delayed arrival.

Their insistence that they couldn't facilitate the viewing themselves and their lack of initiative to find a resolution was equally frustrating. It is disheartening to reflect on the considerable amount of time and financial resources I expended, including a six-hour round trip journey and a hotel reservation, all of which was wasted due to their ineffective communication and a lack of professional responsibility.

My intention was to purchase the property that day, however, this experience has cast a serious doubt on the professionalism and reliability of Sutton Kersh. I hope my experience will highlight the need for the agency to improve its commitment to customer service, communication, and responsibility to its clientele.

I've requested a viewing on Rightmove website for a property let through Sutton kersh and they gave me actually a ring back, saying they are fully booked with viewings because they had so much interest in the property. Not many agencies bother to get back to you these days

Put in to view a property that has been reduced, so they are obviously struggling to sell. Wait time to view the property is 7 days, despite that fact I literally work across the road from the property. Really wouldn't be happy if I was the vendor and knew there were such delays at viewing my property

On top of this, they didn't even have a record of lease and service charges
