Zero stars for this company! Ordered and paid for 5-7 day delivery which was not met. Contacted them to ask for refund and was offered 70% refund(30% customized fee is required for personalized items)+full shipping cost. They state I cancelled the order when, as I pointed out in my response, they failed to meet the order. Waiting for their response.

I ordered a custom designed wedding hanger. The wire was not the color I requested (it came as a super bright orange copper) but when I reached out to support with proof of the order and a picture of the items received they kept offering partial refunds if I kept it. I let them know multiple times I wanted a replacement or refund because I couldn’t use it as is. They said it was too costly. I finally gave up and resigned myself to the fact that I’m just out the money. Definitely DO NOT recommend this company!

Very disappointed with these wedding favours of polo mints. They looked beautiful in the advertised pictures, but what arrived was completely different and very poor quality. Instead of the elegant card shown, it was just a cheap sticker which needed to be stuck onto a tiny plastic bag and no polo mints. The overall presentation looked tacky and nothing like what was advertised. Definitely not suitable for a wedding and not worth the money. I would not recommend based on my experience

From my last review, on. The website itself the reviews look fab. But however it wont let you write a review how bizarre! Somthat tells me there all made up. I ordered a personalised wedding hanger for my best friend and the quality is absolutely awful. I wish i had if checked trust pilot. Nothing like the pictures so awful 😢 what a waste of money forst it didnt come i complained then it just turned up weeks later and i wish inhad not of bothered!!!!!

How do I go about getting a refund? The product I ordered is nothing as advertised.

I’m so angry with myself for not checking the reviews first. This company is a total scam. The item that arrived was completely different to the one pictured in the advertisement. It’s a cheap, plastic knock-off that isn’t big enough for its intended purpose. Numerous emails, back and forth, they keep offering partial refunds if I’ll keep it. I keep asking to return it for a full refund. I don’t think I’m going to get that. Avoid this company!

Fake leather product passed off as genuine.

Wedding hanger order was terrible. Metal was supposed to be gold, was copper. Year so badly written could not make any sense of it.

Shipped late despite be paying extra for fast shipping. Sent one correct item and one CLEARLY wrong colored one. Wont refund me my shipping and wants more photos before they'll refund me despite me sending extremely high quality photos that CLEARLY show they sent me the wrong item......a week late.

I ordered the stickers for wedding saying mint to be attached to a small mint I thought this would be a good idea for my granddaughter's wedding. When the merchandise arrived there were no mints and there were five sheets of stickers and some plastic sleeves. I return to the website to see if I possibly made an error and nowhere then I see there were no mints included. The illustrations and the narratives all seem to point toward nice little mints wrapped up with cute little sticker all for the low price of $32. I contacted the company more than once making my displeasure known. They offered me 5% back I told them no. They sent me a copy of an ad, which I did not buy my merchandise from, highlighting towards the bottom saying mints are not included. Well understand this sounds trivial, I thought this would be a nice idea for my granddaughter's wedding that would involve minimal work. I will never again order from these people. They seem to be operating under more than one business name which is suspicious. They finally did give me a $1.30 something refund haha. I really just wanted them to make it more clear what the product is and does

I ordered two customized, breakaway horse Halters. They were not "breakaway" first of all, and they were the wrong colors and the embroidery was unreadable. I asked for the correct colors and was told they weren't in stock. The company never addressed the fact that they were not embroidered correctly, nor that they weren't even breakaway halters. I requested a refund and was offered 20% of the cost. I refused then was offered 30%. This continued to 70%. I refused this, as it was their mistake and said I was going to file a complaint with PayPal, which I did. They then said they would refund 92% but only if I closed the complaint. I am following thru with PayPal as I do not believe they will refund me... As of two weeks later, they have not.

I bought 4 baseball keychains. Three of them were good one was not. The name on the one was very small and not made well. I complained to customer service through email and they said to keep the keychain and they would refund me 15% of my order. I told them no I wanted a new keychain and the 15%. They answered saying to keep the keychain and they’d give me 10% refund. Again, I said no, give me a new keychain and 15% refund. They sent me a new keychain that took almost a month for me to receive and I NEVER got a refund. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Really don’t want to give them one star. I ordered a blanket that was supposed to be red and black and it is burnt orange. Also the name I had put on it the letters are all mushed together. I know better than to not read reviews but did it anyway & now regret it. I’ve tried emailing the company twice & the email has just bounced back to me.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY…..Serves me right for not checking reviews before I ordered. Paid for expedited delivery however that was a total rip off. I dont believe it was ever going to be delivered in that time frame. Multiple emails later (because their tracking systems is basically non existent) it finally arrived. I was offered a 5% discount for the late delivery (=$2) until I advised I was posting a negative review at which time I was offered a 10% discount. Product was OK but certainly not what I expected to receive

I must’ve had a moment of madness and did not check reviews. Royally scammed - over £22 for two plastic bunnies in badly fitting eggs. These are clearly billed as cashmere bunnies -in reality - they are stuffed in the egg with fluff which may or may not be cashmere fluff?!
Shame on me and Shame on them.

Purchased a bridal hanger that was supposed to be gold wire writing. Item arrived with orange/copper wire writing. The bow on the top was cheap and poorly tied and attached. The pearl strand that was attached had so much glue on each end that it stood out. They only offered 15% and for me to keep the hanger. I am afraid that if I requested it to be corrected, it would come back just as bad. Not at all what was pictured. If people like this item when they receive it, their expectations in life can't be that high.

Bought 2 sets of cutlery in presentation box.
They arrived no boxes, was told when I complained they had run out of boxes.
What a rip off they were presents

I ordered a hanger for my daughter‘s wedding and it was terrible! Scratches on the hanger completely illegible writing only gave me 50% back of my refund. Terrible terrible customer service. Do not buy from them.
