Item arrived and nothing like it was advertised. The personalised name was stuck wonkey in a rubbish place . The little rabbits weren't in a comfy bed and they didn't have a bottle and pacifier. On email they said they weren't allowed to sell things now as they are a choking hazard ... well change the advert then!

I bought a Easter item for my grand daughter. When it finally came in from China I opened it up and it was missing 2 items. I contacted the company and got a reply the next day. So we will see if I get the missing parts. If not then this review will be 1 star.

Do NOT order from this company. Their inspo photos look nothing like the product you will receive. They are such a scam and do not allow you to review their products or services on their actual website. They obviously do this on purpose. Their work is atrocious!

I brought the bridal hanger, it arrived all wrong colour and nothing like the picture advertised. I have asked for a refund and they offered me 25% but I cannot give it to the bride it is horrific, they went to 50% refund or I can pay for shipping to send it back but it was their mistake as is not what I ordered. They are now ignoring me 🙈

Shirt was not as advertised, cheap polyester, not cotton. Very cheap and nasty material, thin and will probably disintegrate first wash. BEWARE scam company

From what was advertised to what I received was horrific!!! Do not trust this company!!! This relates to the bridal hanger!! Wish I could post photos to show!!

I ordered a set of writing dice. Although they seemed expensive for what they were, I thought they would be great to use. They arrived with on die missing, a couple with faded writing and one that was virtually unreadable. I reached out to them for a refund and was asked to send a picture of the dice, which I did. They agree to send a news set, which arrived yesterday. The new set had two dice where the printing was marginally improved, and the one that was unusable in the first set, was equally unusable.

So, I sent a picture of both sets and requested a refund. It was obvious they looked nothing like the photo on their website. The response was "We're sorry for the inconvenience but the re-make order seems fine."

The website states 100% refund. Sure seems like false advertising to me. And their service response is terrible.

If I could give them a negative star I would! By far the worst retailer I have ever delt with!
Run like a scared deer from these people.

Plain and simple shop elsewhere

The shipping was great, well wrapped to prevent damage (glass object ordered) Shame about the product though, It looked like the tumbler picture was etched into the glass, Instead you get a sticker glued to a glass tumbler, would not recomend anyone buying.

Full order not recieved & communication not great, It was for my wedding & wish I had purchased else where as now has not arrived in time and I have to purchase elsewhere anyway & hope it arrives on time from someone else.

I ordered a stuffed dog that was to be personalised with an embroidered name on the ear. This was for my little grandson. He is due to be born at the end of the month so I was very excited to get this little present for him. On receiving the item, the little dog is very good quality and very nice. Although the name on the ear is basically an iron-on transfer. In the video which I saw a facebook It's specifically shows them embroidering the name onto the ear. Therefore, I am extremely disappointed as I could have just purchased a dog and done the name myself.

DO NOT BUY, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered a vintage golf club bottle opener and thought it was legit. 8 weeks later I received 3D printed and painted GARBAGE. I emailed them and they offered a 30% refund which is appalling considering I literally got scammed. I do not know how companies are getting away with this rubbish in 2026.

Terrible company. We ordered 4 vintage golf club bottle openers for my husbands golf friends for Christmas. They didn't arrive in time for Christmas despite being ordered 2 months previous to Christmas They've arrived today and are cheap plastic rubbish that look like they'll fall apart if you try and open a bottle with them. How does FB allow them on there as they're a scam company?

I ordered some golf driver head bottle openers which looked great on the image they presented on their website.
After waiting weeks for them to arrive I was shocked at the really poor quality and the fact they look nothing like the images of what they were selling makes me feel I’ve been conned.
Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two identical cribbage kits before Christmas, both personalised. They arrived pretty quickly (2 weeks) and I was excited to open them. Unfortunately, they are absolutely awful. Incredibly cheap, cr*ppy quality, poorly made, wrong personalisation (personalised on one side only, not both sides like I ordered). The elastic is ugly and tied in a big knot that has left marks and scratches in the leather. The holes in the cribbage board aren't well drilled. And the printing has been done by machine (fine) but has printed in the wrong place. I couldn't give these as gifts even to people I didn't like. I can't even donate them to the charity shop. I paid more than £40 for these two useless items.

So, I emailed the company, including clear pictures of the problem. They say there's nothing wrong. I email back, several times. They "apologise" and offer a 15% discount. I refuse. We email back and forth for a few more days (14 emails from me, slightly fewer from them because they don't respond unless I chase them). They refuse to give me their address to return the items, but tell me they're "not based in your country" and it will be too expensive to send them back (at my cost, obviously), and they will only ever refund a maximum of 70% anyway, plus "there's nothing wrong with the items". They eventually offer me the wonderful opportunity to keep the items for a 50% refund. Eventually I gave up because their "guarantee" is just as useless as you think it is, and I'm pursuing a refund through my credit card company. Please, PLEASE don't buy from this company. I have zero problems with them being based in China: let's be honest, half the consumer goods we buy are made there nowadays. But you WILL NOT get a refund from them, no matter how appalling the quality is of the items, and you will waste hours trying to communicate with them.

I would rate it a zero if that was an option. Do not trust this company. I ordered a ceramic mug for $40, waited for 3 weeks and the mug I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It was almost laughable (if I wasn’t so mad about wasting my money and being duped) After some digging, I learned that Taylorsgift just takes screenshots of original items (this was from Etsy by an independent artisan). I reached out to the artist in North Carolina and she said she was aware of the fraud, but can’t do much other than file copyright papers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They offered me a 70% refund via messenger. I insisted on 100% but will likely never get my money or hear back from them.

I agree with all other bad reviews. I wouldn’t call this company fraudulent. DO NOT BUY anything from them. Their customer service is as bad as the quality of their products!!!

My order of a choir folder arrived nearly a month after I ordered it. The folder in the photograph had sections in the left hand section which were totally absent when the product arrived. The plastic wallets in the picture were held by a ring binder fitting. The real product had them held in by a clamp- type fitting. The wallets stick out way beyond the edge of the folder. I thought the name had been left off the front but it was just absolutely tiny. The colour was questionable as well. That's my first and last purchase from you. Thoroughly disappointed. Not suitable for the original purpose.

I paid in full for product for a Christmas gift for my wife. After several weeks, I reached out to their customer service and they gave some ridiculous excuse, advising the items should ship out in a week or two. It has been well over a month and they have not responded to a single email or Facebook messenger inquiry! Steer very clear, a million miles away, from this company!

Only 1 are because you can’t leave zero star rating … I ordered 4 knives from them. They took forever to come in and when they did, they looked nothing like the product I was ordering. The knives barely open and are a danger to close once they are opened. Blades were not Dena’s us as advertised. The pattern of the coloring was nothing like advertised and 2 of them were the wrong color. When I requested a return I was only offered a 20% reimbursement . SCAM!! I could have bought a better looking knife at a convenience store for half the price.
