DON'T DO IT!!! Ordered a Penguin keepsake that guaranteed 6 days delivery and ordered it at the beginning of Dec. After a week I reached out only to be told the material was not available and would take another week (it was still on FB as available). Week later I was told there was going to be another week delay. Week later finally told it had been shipped.....by the slowest courier on the planet. 10 days it has been sitting in Sydney (supposedly). There is no way they could deliver within the 6 day timeframe they guaranteed. This site can't deliver on what they promise and it is likely a scam site. Don't waste your money or your time.

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful pocket knife and got a piece of crap no bigger than my first finger. Do not order from them!!!

Ordered a personalised bunny , arrived late not in time for Christmas and looked nothing like the picture, embroidered name you could hardly see just a faint outline where’s picture showed the name in bold ! Cheap and nasty bunny , will not be safe for my newborn grandson , so will go in the bin ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Absolute false advertising. Struggling to get a refund now. What they advertised and what I got were two COMPLETELY different looking and different sized items.

The item I received looked nothing like the image on their website. I received a cheap pocket knife with no Damascus blade and the handle was nothing like in the photos. I paid more than it was worth.

The page for the items, say metal pegs, mine are plastic and one is missing! This is for the travel cribbage set, I ordered 3! Also said made in Portland, Oregon, USA but it came from China! I have written to them multiple times asking for the replacements but have had no response!

I ordered A Raiders Whiskey Glass 65 Anniversary Edition and I received a small glass nothing like the picture I saw.
Very disappointed and I'll never order anything else from your company again.

Poor customer service, no goods sent. Do not use this company

Ordered the rustic mug with the honeycomb, dripping honey and bee, 12 oz. What I got was a cheap maybe 8 oz cup that was mass produced with some awful print on it. A complete waste. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a whiskey glass which looked gorgeous and embossed- not cheap at £17. When it arrived it is nothing more than a sticker- a very bad one. Feeling let down as this was supposed to be a gift 👎

The packaging was worth more than the product. Horror whiskey glass, I had a horror looking at it, absolute crap, they've got good marketing and a good photographer, nothing like the actual thing. Bought it as a present, too embarrassed to give it.

DO NOT USE. THE HORROR GLASS £22.35 INC SHIPPING ISNT WORTH A POUND. GO THROUGH PAYPAL OR YOUR BANK FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 2 DAYS

Honey mug ordered was nothing like what arrived. Offered various level of refund starting at 20% finishing at 70%. Had to go the PayPal for refund.
I believe they had no intention of supply what was advertised

Shame I had to leave one star, not even worth that!
Why didn't I see these reviews before I ordered!!
Ordered the horror tumbler which I'd seen via Facebook. It was shown as a tumbler with 3d embossed images of various horror characters. What arrived was a £2 tumbler with a wonky sticker on. This was a Christmas present sadly which I won't be giving.
Judging by the other reviews I won't be getting my money back.
Rip off company.

DO NOT ORDER! Disgusting products, service…. Scam company and shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on places like FB!
Products nothing like they are pictured… ordered the personalised villains rum glass…. A £2 tumbler with a wonky sticker…. Will not refund, they even suggested there was craftsmanship in placing a wonky sticker on the glass….. NEVER again…. My money was stolen!

Same experience. They misrepresent what your are ordering behind a fictional return policy they will not honor. Scam

Order a beautiful blanket for my son, he plays volleyball, ordered a male blocking a ball (they have many options ) they send me a female bumping the ball. Total opposite, tried contacting them but obviously no response. This company is disgraceful and should be closed immediately. Scammers!!!!!

I have only given one star as is not possible to leave none.
Do not order from this company. As what you believe you are ordering will not be what you receive.
I ordered an elf arrival envelope. On the pictures they look lovely quality with sewn on lettering. Instead I got a cheap material mini bag with printed writing in a horrible shade of red.
Customer service are awful and just fob you off.
I am checking trust pilot now before ordering from any company as had been naive to only read their reviews.

Ordered horror whisky glass, looked 3d on website but what arrived was a sticker on glass.
So stupid of me not to read reviews

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered a horror glass. What arrived was a cheap glass with a sticker. Absolute scammers.
