I would not recommend Tanner Trading based on my experience.

I ordered a poultry transport cage after carefully reviewing the dimensions and photographs shown on the company's website. When the cage arrived, it quickly became apparent that the product supplied did not match the item advertised online. The dimensions and photographs on the website were incorrect and misleading. Comparing the website images with the cage supplied clearly showed that the product was not as advertised.

The cage was also poorly packaged and arrived damaged. For an item costing around £100, I expected much better packaging and quality control. No assembly instructions were included, making the situation even more frustrating.

I contacted Tanner Trading to explain the problem and provided evidence showing the discrepancies between the advertised product and the cage received. Instead of investigating the matter properly, my concerns were dismissed. I was told there was nothing wrong with the cage despite the damage and the differences between the website listing and the item supplied.

Customer service was extremely disappointing. My phone calls were ignored, communication was poor, and my request for a replacement cage was refused. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the company appeared more interested in denying that a problem existed.

The entire experience left me with very little confidence in the company. Accurate product descriptions, proper packaging, and professional customer service are basic expectations when purchasing online. Unfortunately, Tanner Trading failed on all three counts in my case.

Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution and carefully check any product specifications before ordering.

The company has excellent customer service. My order was dealt with quickly and despatched quickly.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

The order was stressful from start to finish. The tracking information provided did not appear to correspond with my delivery details, which initially led me to believe the item had not been delivered at all. I contacted the company and received no response, ultimately having to open a PayPal dispute.

When the parcel finally arrived, the condition of the item was completely unacceptable.

The canopy was advertised and sold as a brand new Lay-Z-Spa product. However, the box arrived heavily re-taped with multiple layers of brown tape and appeared to have been re-packaged. Upon opening it, I found dirt and mud on the contents and packaging, and several of the poles showed signs of rust/corrosion. The item was filthy and clearly not in the condition I would expect when purchasing a new product.

I have photos of the packaging and contents, including the condition in which the item arrived.

The product has now been returned to the box and I have requested a full refund through PayPal.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Update - In reply to your comment on this. The issue is not the email or the delivery time. The issue is the second hand damaged product that you sent to me. This is unacceptable
