The order took 4 weeks to receive my 2 pairs of boots. The products I receive is nothing like the website photos. It is horribly cheap material, it is oversized from the US standard chart size and they never disclosed the country of origin. It is made in China when they pretend to be a hand craft boot made by a family business in Florida. This is misleading advertising and they need to be banned from operating in the US. I reported them to BBB and blocked the credit card charge. They said they will issue a RMA but they are giving me a hard time. I have reached out to the DA of Florida where they have an office and I am filing a complaint to ban them to protect American consumers . These scammers must be stopped.

Ordered on the 28th Feb still never received. They then claimed to have posted it on the 12th March!
So where has the order been all that time? And still never arrived.
Luckily paid by PAYPAL .

My experience was really good. Ordered some boots, easy checkout and really quick delivery. I had no issues at all so really can't complain

I got moved over from sj tools who seem to be a subsidiary of Tanner trading I bought a £150 king Di*k (the site won't let me put the name) 1 inch ratchet. The picture on the website was incorrect and what arrived was the power bar type with detachable head, the indent that holds the head on was broken. I was asked to send pictures I did, and a rather lengthy and frustrating process of emails took place with a lady called Lisa Rowe, who claimed that this was her first return with this company and she didn't know the process I felt I was being given the run around but I kept clam and polite, this was spun out over the week from Wednesday across the weekend into the next week with multiple emails terminating the next Wednesday with her saying the company wanted to pick up the item for analysis and would send someone for it tomorrow Thursday, the email was vague with no info about any courier I received no advice about whether they wanted the head handle or all of it, I emailed Lisa she appeared to be getting terse about the level of detail I was asking for. I waited all day Thursday no one came, I happened to be in Friday no one and Saturday no one. Either way I am left with a expensive door stop.
This review will now no doubt receive an mildly abusive response including many excuses, in the "yeah but no but" style we have seen on other reviews, from our esteemed owner Mr Sam Tanner.

Ps I have had to amend some details which may have been useful information to customers due to Sam Tanner complaining about the observations under the guise of them being DEFAMATORY comments. In the meantime I received a email from Lisa Rowe using lots of language designed to gaslight me into seeing things there way, here is a transcript of the last paragraph.
"very disappointed to see the review in such a harsh way, I can look into this further now to find out why it hadn't been raised, but I would really appreciate you removing it".
I think this tells you everything you need to know about this company.

Tanner trading are fly by nights. Avoid!

Ordered a Christmas present that was supposed to arrive in plenty of time. Has delivery notification that it had been delivered....but it had been delivered to somewhere in Cumbria....I'm in Herefordshire! Awful service, when I contacted them they said it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas now. Had to ask for a refund to get something else at the last minute. To add insult a full refund was not issued and I had to contact them again to get it changed. Wouldn't use again.

Disgusting customer service, ordered items, paid for 2-3 day delivery, that was 2 weeks ago. I’ve e-mailed to no avail! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, payment taken from bank, delivery by tracking promised but still no word, they do not pick up the phone, as yet no response to email. Raising a dispute with the bank. Avoid.

Placed a order over 2 weeks ago and had no response I e-mailed and was told they should he getting a delivery on Thursday or Friday I e-mailed today Tuesday and said the customer service was non existent so I asked for a refund would definitely not recommend them

Terrible service, terrible communication. I ordered boots on 5th July, it's now 23rd September and I still haven't received my order. Every week they have told me it will be next weeks. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Takes weeks for delivery, they do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails.

They run sj tools customer service and are slow to respond.

Ordered an item from tanner trading 3 weeks ago as I needed it quickly and it stated delivery 1-3 working days. My money was taken but nothing delivered. Emailed several times and eventually got a reply from Lisa. She said she would sort it but 3 weeks later still no delivery. So emailed again for refund. Have given 2 stars as the refund came back quickly. Won’t be ordering from them again

Still waiting for dispatch confirmation one week later. No response to my emails and no one answers the phone.
Is this a scam company?!

Further to my previous review of this company I was contacted by one of their agents who was very helpful and organised the disatch of the order which arrived today,the reason for my original negative review was because of the lack of communication and my inability to talk to anybody about my order.

I purchased an item online, received an online receipt and noticed that the funds had left my account

4 weeks later, my item had not arrived and Tanner trading stated that no payment was made. I'm currently in the process of recouping my payment via my credit card provider.

Attempted to contact this company many times, on different days, and at different times between 8am and 4pm - which they state that the phones are only manned during these times - but I eventually gave up.
All I wanted to do was check the availability of an item, but since I got no answer, I eventually gave up and moved on to another company.
I'm not going to give my money to a company who don't answer their phone.

Sent the wrong sized item, queried with them to be told the size I ordered is out of stock-so why send an XL when I’ve ordered S?! No paperwork or returns info with the order. Checked website for a “code” I was offered. Couldn’t find anything. Complete lack of communication. Didn’t reply to my messages despite me asking them to. I have animals and work full time - they are an agricultural retailer but when I said I couldn’t stay in all day waiting for them to collect it it’s my fault. I eventually paid to return the item myself and they now refuse to reimburse me the postage which, had the item been showing out of stock on their website I would never have ordered and would have saved all this stress and expense only for them to stick their heads in the sand. I would never use them ever again and would advise everyone else the same

Abysmal company, I ordered my items exactly a month ago, expecting them 7-10 working days after order. Today I finally get an email with my tracking information, after a month of claiming it had been sent, and only after I asked for a refund and queried the purchase with my credit card company. I think they were just hoping I’d forget? It looks like my experience is the same as a lot of others, so this isn’t some mistake that can be apologised away.
Avoid at all costs, there’s plenty of sites out there.

Very poor customer service. Would not recommend it.
