The simplicity of this app is perfect for our fundraising page. I'm use to having to fulfill orders manually so when a customer purchased a shirt and I didn't have to do anything but wait for updates I was blown away. Also reached out to customer support for questions over the weekend and they have been super responsive and helpful at all hours. Would highly recommend this to anyone using teelaunch.

I've been working with teelaunch for a little over a year, and I've had an entirely positive experience. Here are some of the things that I appreciate about teelaunch:
* awesome customer (seller) experience - customer service team responds within hours and provides helpful responses
* products ship in a timely fashion 99% of the time
* great product selection - and always expanding
* many fulfillment partners for some types of products, including worldwide fulfillment for faster shipping to international customers - makes a huge difference for customer experience when receiving item in a shorter timeframe

Honestly, after working with teelaunch for a year, I have nothing bad to say about them. I have been selling POD and working with other vendors for over two years, and teelaunch is one of my favorites. Easy to work with, reliable, good communication.

Sure, there are things that happen from time to time. Maybe a specific fulfillment partner has a problem that delays some orders. But that's just how it goes no matter who I'm working with. And I find that teelaunch's customer service is a cut above, which helps tremendously.

Honestly, I wish I could think of something to criticize about teelaunch because it might lend more credibility to this review. But the honest truth is, I have no complaints.

Teelaunch is AMAZING!!! I just switched to using them this year after having a bad experience with another POD company and it has truly been a night and day difference!! Their customer support team (Kristy and Dave) have been absolutely fantastic and super quick at getting back to me. And of course let’s not forget to mention how insanely fast their production team gets orders out the door, especially during this crazy busy holiday season! I have super happy customers because of their hard work and I couldn’t be happier to work with them! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Teelaunch is one of the best decisions I've made for my apparel business. Initially it was kind of scary trusting another company with my business since I had always been hands on. However, after almost 200 orders fulfilled I have had maybe one complaint from a customer. Teelaunch handled it immediately and for free.

Their customer service is truly incredible. Sizing exchanges are a breeze. Customers love the print quality of the shirts. I literally can't think of any negatives to report. Keep up the good work Teelaunch!

I love teelaunch! It has made it possible for me to design my own clothing super easily AND it looks great without having a ton of inventory. The products are custom so a custom product takes about 2 weeks to be delivered but its well worth the wait. As long as you follow the templates and guidelines you get amazing looking products. And the different kinds of products...Theres a wide variety. The customer service is REALLY responsive and helpful. I've had teeLaunch email me back at 11 at night...these people gotta love their jobs! lol 5 stars for sure

I've been using teelaunch for well over a year. Everything I've gotten or sent out has been excellent. Recently I had a customer that needed some custom team shirts for a conference they were attending. Like most customers they needed it yesterday. I got the shirts designed and the order placed. I contacted Christopher at teelaunch to see about a rush option on the order. They don't have a rush service but he would see what he could do. Less than 12 hours later the shirts were printed and waiting to be picked up by the shipping company. The customer had their shirts in time to wear them at their conference. Christopher and the teelaunch went out of their way to make sure I could keep my customer happy. For a small business like mine, that makes a huge impact on my reputation. I can't express how much I appreciate everything they did for me

Excellent Service! Their interface was easy to master and they have a few unique products I needed. So far I am 100% Satisfied with my customer service experience and I look forward to working with them more in the future.

Perfect service! Prices are cheaper than competitors, at least for our products, and their customer service is always just a quick email away. They handle issues promptly and professionally. Sometimes they even took the hit when it wasn't their fault. I am very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone starting a drop shipping business.

I have been working with teelauch for about a month. Their products are excellent and the screen printing has been correct, centered and done exactly as ordered. I'm very picky so I was looking for something, anything wrong and I have no complaints.

I've been with teelaunch for about 2 years now and I've built a great relationship with their team! Kristy and Dave provide wonderful customer service when help is needed! This has been the best print on demand service that I have tried honestly and I've tried about 2 before settling with Teelaunch.

Just wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Teelaunch with regards to setting up my Shopify shop.

The team at Teelaunch is super-speedy to answer your questions, and I never once felt alone or "stuck" while configuring my Shopify account. They're willing to go the extra mile, and it shows.

As for the setup itself? Their system of letting you download a template, configure your design, then upload and preview it is pretty awesome. Really, you just have to be concerned with the designs and colors (and pay attention to the tips they give you with regards to the templates) and if you do that, then it's a pretty painless process. Like for example, they have a template which allows you to upload an image onto an American Apparel Men's shirt. This uploader is really cool in that once you upload it, you can even change where the image is located, how big it is, etc. Then, once you do this once — you'll have something like 10 color variants built in, with many sizes as well — all from uploading the template once! I smiled when I saw this hit my site :)

Overall, I went with Teelaunch after doing quite a bit of research (and reading reviews). I won't bag on any competition here, but Teelaunch seemed to me to be the most customer-focused print-on-demand / drop-shipping company, and that mattered to me. I had read horror stories about other companies and how they aren't very forgiving or flexible when it comes to returns, etc, so I figured it was worth going with Teelaunch since they not only have quite a large selection of items that you can ship from your site (they have dog bowls — rad!) but they also clearly value their customers, and for that I'm a fan.

I've used Teelaunch app for my business for 3 months and no issues at all. The best part is their customer service is the very fast response and their price is competitive! I can not find another app on Shopify to compare with them!

Teelaunch basically is the low end of POD companies. Their products frequently arrive late or not at all. Then don't refund sellers if a customer demands a refund. Just not a good company.

Updated Review:
I wanted to update my review as Teelaunch has redone their entire printing image guidelines and their print quality seems to be significantly better. I have not had any customer complaints for quality issues since their update. The only thing that keeps me from using this company exclusively for my business is that there are VERY limited colors for children´s shirts, and I get a lot of requests for purple and pink colors.

Original Review:
The print quality of this shirt was so low. The edges were blurred and it looked more like airbrush than print. The black was fuzzy and more of a grey, the white was blurry.

I have had a great experience with Teelaunch. One of my items went viral and Teelaunch was able to handle the influx of orders. My customers are happy with the quality of prints and the speed of shipping. Kristy from customer service is fantastic! I highly recommend Teelaunch.
