If you have a print on demand side to…

If you have a print on demand side to your business - or if it represents your entire business - then you should look into Teelaunch. I currently have 3 separate businesses (a t-shirt company, a gift shop, a wall art company) that use Teelaunch as their primary fulfillment partner, and I could not be happier.

I have been designing and selling POD products for more than five years and have tried many different fulfillment companies. One, which I wanted to like a lot, constantly had inventory issues. They'd run out of blanks and my products would have to be put on hold or taken down completely. Others had shipment problems or were too expensive.

Teelaunch is not only one of the least expensive providers (please, Teelaunch, don't use this as a reason to up your prices), thereby leaving you more profit, but you cannot beat their customer service.

As with any business, you will run into customer service issues. I have had delivery problems, such as when the post office could not deliver to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, customers who came back a day after placing their orders who wanted to change the shipping method or address, you name it - and Teelaunch has always come through, which helps my businesses look good.

Whenever I have an issue, or a question, or a suggestion (such as, please include 8 x 10 and 11 x 14 in your poster sizes as these are standard sizes for matting and framing), Teelaunch always responds within a couple of hours, if not before, and they work with me until everything is resolved to my customers' benefit.

A shout out, especially, to Dave and Kristy, the reps I regularly work with and who have earned my deepest respect and appreciation.

Case in point: last week I wrote to Teelaunch asking if they have any images of the back side of their wrapped canvases that I could use for my Amazon listings. Within 15 minutes, Dave replied to my email with four images attached - he had taken them with his phone just for me because I asked.

Amazing. Great customer service, such a simple thing, but very important!

Try Teelaunch - I cannot recommend it enough.

I have been using Teelaunch for about 1…

I have been using Teelaunch for about 1 year now, they are best, I have nothing but the best experience using them to fulfill all my orders. Compared to other POD companies they have one of the best app on Shopify platform with a very simple interface. There is no learning curve, even a complete beginner can use the app without any prior training They don't have live chat to answer queries but they do mostly reply within a couple of hours. I like how fast Kristy replies, sometime reply comes within a minute and she is very polite and always do best to solve all my queries.

I would like to make 3 requests to the owner, separate printing on each side of Mug, gift wrap and maybe TeeLaunch can provide a mockup preferably a PSD for all their products. Images sell products and finding a good mockup to fit products specs is very hard to find. Mockups will bring more sales to us and to TeeLaunch.

Looking forward to seeing more products being added to TeeLaunch, I would love to see Dog Tag in their product database.

I would highly recommend TeeLaunch to anyone. Thank you so much!

eSavagery.com Teelaunch Review

We (esavagery.com) have been using teelaunch for a few months now and are absolutely thrilled with the company. Their product selection and pricing are very good. The quality of their printing has more than met our expectations and they fulfill orders more quickly than other print on demand companies we've tried.

I can't speak highly enough about teelaunch. They're fantastic.

Good start and going well

Just started using teelaunch and very happy with them. App was easy to install and use. First order was shipped in 3 days and delivered in 6. Product was packaged well, printed well, and everything was good. Keep up the good work and I look forward to doing lots of busy with you.

Very happy with Teelaunch

We have been using Teelaunch for about three months now and thus far I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. I have worked with Kristy, Christopher and Dave and all three have been fantastic. Once you get used to the app it is very simple to upload your images and get things going. Their apparel prices are much better than the other POD companies I've tried. And they offer a free size replacement to the customer. In my opinion, this alone makes them worth using if you are selling apparel. They are constantly working on making things easier for us and although there may be a hiccups here and there, they always make things right. Oh and their Facebook group is a huge help too!

Hands down bad and i mean bad customer …

Hands down bad and i mean bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They talk horrible about teelaunch customers. They will put you off until its to late then offer a refund because they dont want to deal with the issues at hand.

Without a doubt has best product pricing, manufacturing speed, and customer service. Kristy and David are super.

My customers love the products and have left nothing but 5-star reviews.

New and exciting advancements coming soon, can hardly wait.

Excellent Customer Service with Teelaunch

I saw a bad review here regarding customer service and had to respond. I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I mainly have been communicating with Kristy via Facebook and she has been extremely helpful and responds unbelievably fast like within a couple of hours if that.

Worst POD Company Ever

I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews about this company before I imported hundreds of products into my store using TeeLaunch. The customer service and app are completely terrible. Also they have this customer service person named Geb who responds to emails, but it's very obvious that this person does not understand English very well. I'm guessing that this is a Virtual Assistant that is outsourced overseas somewhere. I don't personally have anything against foreign people or outsourcing work, but when you can't form a few sentences together that actually make sense and that is your job.....well that's kind of a problem. On top of that almost everyone working there has pretty much zero technical knowledge when it comes to using TeeLaunch. And there are so many bugs within this platform it is unreal. I've used a few other POD apps and they all have their issues, but TeeLaunch takes the cake. 50% of the time I try to upload a product to my store I get an error message within the system. And when you contact somebody there to get help with it, they will tell you that they know it doesn't work. Well then why is it not fixed or removed from the platform. So they have this app that doesn't work half of the time. So when customer support can't answer any of your questions, you will be directed to a guy named Dave Alpers who is a manager. When you ask Dave why something isn't working he will tell you he doesn't know and that he will have to ask the graphic desinger or owner and he will call you right back. But he won't ever call you back and he won't respond to the numerous emails you send either. There is nothing more infuriating when someone says they are going to do something like call you back, but never do. I don't know if they just think I'm going to forget or that the issue is just going to magically be resolved by itself. In this case I think it's about a Manager not giving a damn because it's not his company. So he could really care less about customer service, even though that's part of his job. It's as if this company cares absolutely nothing about it's customers or obtaining your business. I don't understand how an owner of any company could let their business be ran like this. I guess they enjoy throwing money away and losing customers. I don't expect a whole lot from a company like this. Just that they return an email or a phone call within a few days. But when they can't do that and then they start to intentionally ignore all attempts at communication...........it's time to start looking for a different company.

I love teelaunch

I love teelaunch, A simple to use interface. I've also contacted customer service a few times for size changes etc. And they've always been super nice and helpful. As well as speedy.
The products look great and are nicely printed. I love Teelaunch.

My experience with Teelaunch has been a really great one. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful with questions I had. They were very helpful with my sample t-shirts as well. They exceeded my expectations with they way they handle sample shirts. Great job Teelaunch!! In a nutshell, customer service is awesome. Shipping is not bad and slightly below average in my opinion. Huge emphasis on slightly. I'm using District brand shirts/tanks and the quality is good. The shirt keeps its shape after washing and hardly shrinks. The material feels soft and comfortable. The quality of the print is really good too. I have recently launched my online store and excited. I'm really glad to have Teelaunch on my side.

I have done over 1900 orders through …

I have done over 1900 orders through Teelaunch and have not had any problems. Their customer service is great and my customers are always happy. They have over-delivered on making sure they improve on an on-going basis. I have not had any problems with their service and recommend them to all my students and clients. I highly recommend you use them for your print on demand needs.

Nothing but good things to say about teelaunch

I've been using teelaunch for about the last 18 months and have nothing to say but good things. The prices are super competitive and I love their selection. I'm really excited about the new products they've released lately, especially the tumblers.

Some of these other reviews make me sad at the state of the world. Why is it that whenever something goes wrong the first instinct is to get mad and throw a fit. Have you ever been to a restaurant before and you order one thing but they give you another? Do you scream and holler at everyone there and take to yelp to write how this is the worst place to eat in the world and the owner is a fraud. No, normal people just ask them to fix your order and move on.

Every once in a while I do have a problem with a teelaunch order (people are human, every company makes mistakes) but I tell them about, they fix it and we move on.

The Best POD Fulfillment Company

I have been extremely pleased with Teelaunch! I've worked with them to fulfill hundreds of orders over the past several months on my Shopify store. They have a nice selection of POD products and their print quality has been wonderful. The customer service team is professional and highly responsive to my questions and requests. Even the owner of the company has worked with me several times to assist me with specific artwork questions and getting my store up and running after a bad experience with another POD company.

My customers have been pleased with the quality of products they receive and I'm so glad I found a fulfillment company I can trust to build my brand.

I've worked with several other fulfillment companies in the past and none of them even come close to matching the level of quality that Teelaunch provides!

Tshirt quality below average

I've just set up a small online store using exclusively Teelaunch services for now to sell tshirts and mugs. To be cautious I've ordered myself few items before launching officially my shop. Tshirts' quality are bad, let's be honest. I've uploaded 6000px width visuals and result is below average. Mugs however are much better and acceptable in their quality, so I'll stick to that and give up any clothes for now, too risky. As for the shipping, orders from France took around two weeks to arrive with an automatic shipping fee of 20 euros. Well, I'm not expecting crazy sales at this rate, but it does the job I guess.

Reasonable products, substandard customer service!

The products seem pretty good, but the customer service is substandard. Why? Because you can ask a specific question and do not get a specific answer.

Also, you can email them and it can take 8 hours or more to get a response - that's if you do get a response at all! I emailed them a few days ago and they didn't reply. It was a really important question, and I am now faced with having to email them back again to ask the same question.

I have noticed their responses are often lazy. The often do not take the due care and attention to put together a personalised response to what you're asking them, and what you need to know in order to move forward with your sales.

They do not have 24/7 hour customer support. There is no excuse for this seeing as how cost effective it is to hire a VA! This shows a real lack of care for their business customers. They have obviously invested a huge amount in their app... now go and do the same for customer service and training as it sucks!

Also, you can be really friendly to THEM in your emails, but oftentimes they do not reciprocate and can sound robotic! I mean, if someone asks how you are and you just ignore that, it makes you come across that you do not care about your customers. I am not asking you to be my BFF Teelaunch, I am just asking for some better manners. I am a good customer of yours who has sold more than a few of your products! So, spread the love and generosity and it will be reflected back to you and make your day so much better.

When I was charged hidden custom fees for an item and told them about this, the first response was kind of along the lines of "It's not our problem, that is down to you to find out".

They need to be way more transparent! I basically received a $10 fee just for some cheap samples!!! Not once during the order process did it mention that I should be expecting these charges. I have never once been charged custom fees even when ordering from abroad! HUGE oversight Teelaunch... you can do so much better! The beauty is in the detail, I hope you will look much closer.

So, virtually every other company I deal with has better customer service (apart from MyHemes). Teelaunch REALLY need to invest time and money in this area of their business immediately, and it is a big oversight on their part. Good customer service will make them much more profitable.

I am still in two minds as to keep using Teelaunch. I see there are some new major players in the market. So, if Teelaunch do not pull their socks up on their customer service and start to describe the products they are selling much better, I will have no choice but to jump ship.

Teelaunch,if you are reading this PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE improve your customer service and include more information on your products! It is a frustrating experience dealing with you some of the time. I hope you will take on board what I have said, and implement some of the changes.

This is not just me having a rant, these are genuine issues that you need to address in order to be much more successful and retain your customers. :)

I added your Teelaunch as an app to my Shopify store. One of my customers showed me a T-shirt she purchased from my store AND I WAS MORTIFIED! It looked NOTHING like what was designed, nor did it look anything like the photo that I was shown by Teelaunch after we designed the shirts. The artwork of the T-shirt was printed into the neckline seam, and in no way did my design reflect the positioning they placed on the T-shirt. They need to have better ways to contact them to personally discuss orders. This can mean success or failure for a llot of companies. Also my shirt has a GLITTER design and they were NOT printed in glitter. What a joke and truly disappointing!
