Dirty table on our lane
Dirty table on our lane, feel like the cleanliness standards have gone well out of the window! Perhaps some stations of blueroll and cleaning spray would be handy. Staff took away all the glasses, but didnt bother to clean the surfaces. Would be useful to have some coat hooks attached to screens also.
Service was extremely slow and we didnt get started until 40 mins after our start time.

Birthday Treat
The staff at the venue are awesome! Really helpful and friendly. The venue itself is clean and tidy. The only reason why I am deducting one star is because the bowling balls are really past their best and could do with replacing. Other than that a really nice day out

Got put on lane 1
Was told there was a 10 min delay which was fine
30 mins later still waiting, asked to be moved to another lane that was free with noone else on it
Got told no as someone else had booked it
35 min later I eventually got on the lane

Absolutely freezing in this place
Absolutely freezing in this place, didn't have a good time. Also thought it would be cheaper booking online but it works out more expensive as they have a booking fee, so annoying

Staff are slow and slow to serve at…
Staff are slow and slow to serve at counter there can be 4 members of staff behind the counter but the one serving has to change a barrel leaving queues we don’t order off the app any more because we can finish 3 games of bowling before drinks and food even arrive

Great birthday outing
Staff brilliant, food good value and came out hot. Seating area cleaned between teams. Only downside, if you are a large team over two lanes, you can’t sit and chat but on the plus side the noise is reduced from the other lanes.

We always enjoy our visits to Tenpin! The staff are great, we love the set up and the food is fab! We LOVE the arcade and prizes at Tenpin more than Hollywood bowl aswell.

Fab experience evertime I take my two…
Fab experience evertime I take my two girls 10 and 7 and we always enjoy it and for the price its the best values bowling in Yorkshire I think. Staff very friendly and great with the kids. I will keep coming here

Went with my two boys
Went with my two boys, to the York alley. Although we scored a few strikes, it registered as a 9 each time, I did mention it to someone at the desk but it wasn't fixed. Not the end of the world but it struck me just how uninterested the staff there were.
