Good place but terrible service
Good place but terrible service. I ordered a pizza before i came bowling so it would be ready when i was there. Waited 40 minutes still never came so i went up and asked how long my pizza was gonna be and they hadnt even started making it yet. Then another 45 minutes later it finally comes. Also it was dead me and my friend were the only ones waiting on food and it took that long. Terrible service

Very expensive and whilst there sae an offer for meals free if you booked 2 games which we did enquired with staff who were very unprofessional and not very helpful just said its not available in school holidays it has ts and cs with it

The bowling and pizza were great
The bowling and pizza were great, all vet efficient.
The “slot machines” on the way out were an extra money burden, very enticing for the kids and I get that, but the ticket redemption thing is an absolute ripoff and joke - just let them try and win proper 10p’s or whatever back - I felt scammed and will always avoid in future.
It may actually put me off returning for the bowling, even though I have no complaints at all about that section.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the games with my grandchildren. The staff were really great as was the atmosphere.

Atomsphere was great
Atomsphere was great! Arcades have been upgraded since our last visit. Downsidw was that there was alot of mess around the bowling including dishes from previous guests.

Seemed silly that there was only 2…
Seemed silly that there was only 2 people waiting to be served. Me and one other. But u had to move round the other side to then be served by the same person who check us in when I wanted drinks.
