We enjoyed the bowling and the staff were friendly. Loads of empty lanes though so price could be cheaper.

Great family get together for a fun evening. Very helpful member of staff. So much better now for wheelchairs access getting to the lanes without any steps.

Disappointing experience
Attended the Kingston tenpin site due to reading poor reviews of the Croydon site. On arriving I had to remind the staff to add the additional bowlers to the system even through we booked for three people. On adding the additional bowlers i became aware of the lights not working at the end lane and informed the reception desk. I was informed that they were not working and could be moved to another lane. I declined as other lanes were available and didn't want to move my belongings. However new parties which arrived after us also were placed in lanes with non working lights with other lanes staying empty. In short will not be returning any time soon.

Fab night bowling
Staff were great, especially Lucy and Emily mcreedy who were lovely girls , friendly and happy. Food was yummy too. Great service !

Great little centre
The centre was clean and cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the option of having our food on the lane as we bowled or after we bowled. We opted for whilst we bowled and the food came really quickly and got a big thumbs up from the two 10 year olds I took. They played in the arcades after which had all but one machine working. I will definitely use Tenpin again instead of Hollywood Bowl.

Pins did not release at set up/start of game. Had to go back to the desk 3 times before we were eventually moved.

Bowling for an hour
Booked for an hours game. We all enjoyed the bowling, also had a pizza in with the price which was very hot but tasted ok.

Staff were lovely and helpful
Staff were lovely and helpful, the food & drinks service was good, we had plenty of free parking time to enjoy our afternoon. It was fun to have some arcade machines to play after we had done the laser tag.

Went to laser tag
Went to laser tag. Absolute waste of time!! Room was tiny, aren’t allowed to run about and actually play the game properly, they let me pay for one of my children, got her all suited up and 5 mins into it said they would have to take her stuff off for health and safety. Yet she was absolutely fine and wasn’t allowed to run anyway. Highly over priced for the small amount of time you get and how tiny the room is.

summer bowling and meal offer - misleading
We took my nephews who were up visiting from London to Ten Pin in Dundee.
We booked for 2 adults and 4 kids.
We booked a summer deal which stated it was bowling for 6 people and it said come with Adult meal.
We chose cheeseburgers for the meal.
The bowling was great but when our food came we noticed that two of the burger meals had 2 burgers in the roll and the other 4 only had single burgers.
When we questioned the staff they said it was because they were junior meals.
When I checked the website and the wording it states adult meals. It does not say anything about junior meals.
We were left a bit disappointed and the staff said they could not do anything about wording on the website.
