Communication could be improved…

I have had a partial knee replacement and The Exeter have been helpful throughout the process.
My only criticism is that I was required to liaise with the consultant and anaesthetist to get information about the proposed operation which I then had to pass back to the Exeter vla e mail and their response to e mails took up to 5 days.
This involved a lot of unnecessary going back and forth whereas they could have dealt direct with these parties to make life easier for me.
So to summarise - Communication could be improved.

A 17% increase in my annual premium…

A 17% increase in my annual premium when inflation is running at 3.8% is just ridiculous. I have had health insurance with The Exeter for five years, never claimed a penny but was happy to have the cover and the reassurance it provides. Unfortunately, I am cancelling due to the excessive premium increase.

You can call us on 0300 123 3201 (8am–6pm Monday to Friday, Christmas Eve 8am–1pm; closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day. We reopen 8am-6pm for 29th & 30th December and close at 3pm on New Year's Eve and are closed all day on New Year’s Day) or email us at member@the-exeter.com.
