Great staff nothing too much
Very knowledgeable and put together a great package.
Many thanks
Would thoroughly recommend.

I’ve been using the airgun center for just over a year now and the customer service is 10/10
Not only are all of the staff more than helpful
They are willing to give you time to explain things and help you with your rifle
For example, I went in there just over a week ago because I had an O-ring that had failed. I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes and my gun was fixed.
And for those that don’t know if you purchase a rifle secondhand or brand new from this shop you will receive lifetime free warranty

I was having trouble with my air rifle, I didn’t buy it from The Air Gun Centre, they don’t even stock the make of my air rifle but they were able to sort it out and wouldn’t accept any payment. Despite living an hours drive away I would always use this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great Service, lots of helpful knowledge

bought a hw100x great service

Lovely bunch of fellas, professional, welcoming and honest. Answered all the questions I had with this being my first air rifle and sorted me out some pellets. Would 100% recommend this place and these chaps to anyone looking to get into the hobby. Superb service 👍🏼

Always had great service with the airgun centre, the staff are always genuinely helpful, I often deal with Ben, he's been brilliant every time too

The guys at Rayleigh Air Gun centre really helped me out
New to shooting I needed a lot of advice and that’s what I got
No pressure to buy ( but I did 😂)
Showing me everything that I needed to know about my new gun
Would definitely recommend to anyone
5 star service
Thank you

Great experience. Part exchange was easy and fair price given. Highly recomend

Always met with a friendly smile and hello.
Nice amount of air rifles and air pistols, the staff are very knowledgeable, and if there is a gap in that knowledge they actively seek to find the answer for you. A good array of extras, like targets, pellets, accessories for your purchase, air bottles etc.
thank you

I visited the shop this morning with my PCP Airgun this morning which had developed several air leaks due to me not getting it serviced regularly! My fault.
The guys here were very welcoming and understanding and serviced the gun while I waited. (Free lifetime servicing of gun purchased from them)
Great shop and service from people who know what they are doing
Pay them a visit

Excellent airgun shop.steve is very helpful and a great bloke in fact all the staff are excellent. I recommend buying a gun from them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a second problem with an air gun compressor previously purchased from them (The Airgun Centre) two years ago. This time it was failing to produce any pressure. With no quibbling they replace it with a new alternative equivalent which I am very pleased with. Have always found the staff in shop very friendly and helpful on other occasions when I have visited them.

Fantastic customer service

Really happy with my experience at the Airgun Centre. From the moment I dealt with them, the service was friendly, helpful and genuinely professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt like I was properly looked after rather than just being another customer.

A special mention to Steve, who was absolutely brilliant. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and takes pride in giving good customer service.

It’s not often you come across that level of service these days, so it’s definitely worth mentioning. I’d have no hesitation recommending the Airgun Centre🤝👍😍

Truly brilliant service.

I went in today with a 20 year old rifle that had stopped holding air. Less than ten minutes later, the rifle was filled and back in the case.

Super friendly staff, especially Steve who has always provided excellent customer service.

This is why my rifles always come from here.

Thank you guys
