I was extremely happy with both of my purchases from The Airgun Centre in Essex. From start to finish, the whole experience was professional, straightforward and enjoyable.

Justin was fantastic throughout the process. He took the time to properly understand what I was looking for, guided me through my options and made sure I was comfortable and confident with my choices. His knowledge, professionalism and helpful approach made a real difference.

I’m very pleased with both purchases and would have no hesitation in recommending The Airgun Centre to anyone looking for great service and expert guidance. A big thank you to Justin for all his help.

Ordered a air rifle through the airgun centre to collect from store. Upon collection I was greeted by Ben who came across rude and obnoxious at the first instance. When inspecting the rifle I raised a issue so Ben said he would resolve this and get it sorted. Once he sorted the matter I noticed that the metal work on the rifle was damaged from Ben's handy work (clearly not a competent gunsmith) When I raised this to him he become aggressive and rude. Unfortunately due to this interaction with one individual at the shop I won't be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend them either.

Been out of touch with the air gun world for about 20 years since my old trusty Air Arms springer broke. The air gun centre and Justin brought me right up to date with excellent advice and an awesome modern Air Arms package! Life time warranty and servicing for life!! Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Justin and the team at The air gun centre.

I rang the air gun centre completely by chance trying to get some valued information.the gentleman I spoke to was helpfull gave me solid information and answered any questions i asked him thank you .👍steve

I would like to express my gratitude to The Airgun Centre once again.

While at the range today, my Air Arms S510 tactical had two pellets stuck in the barrel. As I was unable to clear the obstruction myself, I drove twenty minutes to your shop.

Although I did not catch the name of the gentleman who assisted me, he was very helpful and managed to clear the barrel within ten minutes. To my appreciation, he did not charge me for this service.

Thank you again to The Airgun Centre in Rayleigh for your prompt assistance, which allowed me to return to the range within an hour of my mishap.

Bought a rifle from these guys two weeks ago. When it arrived it was very obvious that it was second hand in every respect. (£615)
When I sent pictures of a highly scuffed stock, the manual was ripped, dog eared and well used and the padding in the carry case was ripped in various places. I called and spoke to a guy called Ben who lied directly and repeatedly to me about this. I then complained again with a formal request for my money back. I obviously got no response . I then sent another and the reply was.” Apologies for this mix up “We will send our couriers to collect the rifle and refund your money” . You can guess what happened next. No refund. I called the courier company Wolfman that they use and they confirmed that the rifle was now with Rayleigh air guns. I then called and spoke to a guy called Justin who sent me the note saying they would refund me. Again he promised to send my refund but to avail.
Two weeks after a family member who is a solicitor sent a legal request for my funds to be returned. Minutes later I received a call from Justin saying that the payment had been made. It had not but a few hours later I finally got my refund. AVOID

I was absolutely blown away by the Daystate Blackwolf that you guys delivered to me on Saturday.

It is an absolutely stunning rifle and thanks for providing a walnut stock that has a fantastic grain pattern to it.

The service from the team was excellent and even though I had to wait a couple of weeks due to the Daystate shutdown, I was kept well informed and it was so worth the wait.

After ordering a HW45 from these guys online and having great communications from Steve via email regarding timescales and availability, I decided when it was time to buy a rifle I would visit this shop which was a 2 hour drive from Reading to get there. Was not disappointed. Justin came to help me this time and he was great. Very helpful as I had never owned a PCP rifle before. He went through everything with me. Walked out very happy with a new daystate blackwolf tac, scope, compressor and everything else I needed to get started. Probably took 1.5hrs of his time and never once had the feeling I was being annoying with my massive amount of questions. Would recommend anyone to visit and if your a newbie like me the advise was amazing. Also did some great deals on some of the parts I needed. 110% service!

I recently bought a Gamo Phox, which I immediately jammed (100% user error). I called up and spoke with Justin who was incredibly helpful. I brought it into the shop and Justin sorted the jam and showed me how not to make the same mistake again. Really great service. Thanks guys.

Top shop in airgun world. Good prices and excellent customer service. A staff member went out of their way to help me and will keep me updated on progress of order.

I bought a BSA air rifle from The Airgun Centre as a pack, with upgraded scope, hard case and sundries, plus a pump. Justin and Steve were very knowledgeable, competent, patient and keen to answer my various questions, so I felt well prepared and well supported. Their free servicing is part of the excellent customer service, which I intend to use when the time comes. The shop looks to have a great range of guns and plenty of accessories.

First class service, repaired my airgun while I waited.

Having bought my Air Arms rifle from the shop some years ago, when the gauge went wrong I took it back to see if they could fix it. They did! No charge and so very helpful. Thank you guys, a brilliant service.

The real deal: lifetime breakfix, great service, swift delivery. Have purchased two air rifles and couldn't be happier. Bravo on providing great customer service.

I bought an air pistol from The Air Gun Centre. It is about an hour from my house and although they do deliver I wanted to inspect a couple of different options. I'm glad I made the journey. The shop is quite unassuming from the outside but an immaculate Aladdin's cave of compressed gas projectile launchers. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgable on the phone as well as in person.
Having made my purchase I then had a few problems with one of the supplied magazines which may well have been user error. I sent the magazine back which, somewhat predictably, behaved without problem when tested at the shop. Notwithstanding that, after a telephone call to explain the situation they sent me a brand new magazine anyway. Hugely appreciated and above and beyond expectations. Proper solid customer service.
I will be ordering from them again.
