I ordered 4 charms but only got the discount taken off 2 of the charms (discount offer) bit disappointed 😞 . I only got the discount on 1 bead and not 2 ..
Service and package was very good .
Offers need to be a bit more clearer or make a special page with just the items on offer at discount prices

Hi Kristina, glad you like your charms! The offer is ‘Buy one get one half price’ so you purchased two full priced charms (Love Letters and Celebration) and got two half price (The Bee Charm and the Angel Husband) sorry you aren’t 100% happy but it is exactly as described. Hope this helps, I have emailed you a screenshot of your order, please check your messages. Thank you

I made a mistake when ordering my beautiful charm. Karen was very patient and kind when I emailed her to ask why I hadn't had the discount and gave me the offer anyway. This is the sort of customer service every company should use, not giving away items for half price but the way I wasn't made to feel a nuisance. Thank you
