The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Had so much trouble with another place was lied to and just not enough communication, so went to here to order a sofa and they had it delivered with in two days, all fitted and sorted I could not be happier with it,

Great service, really good quality furniture at a good price. I received the items in great time! No 6-8 week delays, as other stores were suggesting. Delivery was easily organised and timely. I was directed from the Mexborough store to Barnsley as they had sofa beds more like the style I was looking for. Izzy at the Barnsley store was really helpful, explained our options and did a great deal on the price for an ex-display item.

Staff at the showroom were very knowledgeable and knew our requirements. Good selling techniques and cracked a great deal. Delivery was following Wednesday which was ideal.
Delivery chaps were kind and respectful. 100% great service from start to finish. Haven't hesitated to recommend!

We had a great experience when looking for a sofa at the Clearance Zone. Staff are really helpful and they're not pushy, which is refreshing from some other companies. They have a wide range of furniture at great prices...and delivery was quick with no hassle. We highly recommend the Clearance Zone as you're first stop when looking for sofa's and furniture you need...will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent products at excellent prices
We spent a few days driving around looking for new bedroom furniture but couldn’t find anywhere else that matched what we had seen at The Clearance Zone. The staff were friendly, the prices were much better than anywhere else (even beating online stores), ordering and payment was easy, products arrived when stated and the delivery, set up and rubbish removal service was excellent.

Excellent customer service
Had a small scuff on my sofa which was approx half an inch. This was pointed out by the delivery driver which I thought was good honest customer service. I was phoned the same day which was a tuesday and asked if thursday was ok for a replacement which I agreed to. They were always on time and the second time the two delivery guys were waiting at my house as I had mistaken the delivery time and it wasn't no big deal to them. Great service all round and would definitely recommend this company . Their prices are very competitive and will definitely buy from them again without question.

Great company let down a little by delivery attitude
Great shop loads to choose from friendly staff that didn't pressure you got a great deal on sofa and two chairs
Paid for delivery and assembly, I did mention to the staff that we are both 65 yrs old a little help with getting the old sofa out would be apricated they said no problem
When the guys came they where not happy to help with this and made it clear that that wasn't part of the service but they had terrible attitudes
Left us with the old sofa stood in the kitchen ,we got it out between us as obviously we got it in a few yrs ago
The attitude of the guys did spoil our experience and put us off going back a little as we did see other furniture we liked but may not return
Lovely sofa great price but delivery service needs better attitudes

Hi Lynette, thanks for your review - we will speak to the crew who undertook your delivery regarding the attitude problems you have referenced to. In the past we have had some of our sales staff agree for the drivers to take sofas out of a room for customers (which is fine) but sometimes the can't get the sofas out without possibly catching the doors etc. We have now put in place that the customers will have to send in images of the room, old sofas and access in order for our sales staff to agree to move any sofas which haven't been purchased from ourselves. We also have a price match promise which means we will match any like for like price in the country.
