Men quickly put chair together and showed me how to use it only quibble was they didn’t ring me when they arrived

From start to finish this was one of the best furniture shopping experiences we have ever had. Rob at the Barnsley store was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality and price of the furniture is excellent. Good selection of suites. The delivery guys, Andy and Rich, took great care bringing our sofa and chair in , assembling it and then took the packaging away. All greatly appreciated. We are very happy with our purchase and will recommend. Thank you to everyone concerned.

After the purchase on line they followed up with a phonecall the next day to confirm the order. Confirmed delivery date on 2 days the following week which was followed up and confirmed with a 2 hour slot for the day of delivery. We didnt pay the charge for unpacking because it wasn't made clear that some of the boxes were to big to go through doorways or side gate. Overall we were happy with the service and the product.

Staff were fantastic, loads of different sofas to choose from, fast delivery too. Very happy 😊 delivery drivers were excellent too.
