Ordered a keyboard, no updates until I contacted them for updates. Similar but not as advertised model arrived, missing some features. Have reached out multiple times by email to their support to get no response in over 2 weeks.

Sent incorrect product that does not appear to be genuine parts as advertised. Poor customer service. Now seeking refund through my credit card company.

Ordered pads, brushes, bags etc.
Still waiting 2 1/2 months later for complete order to be delivered.
Emailed numerous times, fobbed off and gettting no where 🤷‍♀️

Non existent customer service, shipped to wrong address. Never returned emails,chats, contact forms. Tried unsuccessfully to correct address before shipped.
Forcing me to charge back my credit card.

I purchased a high end Ecovacs robot from this site. This product is presented as the same model sold in Australia, but it is not functionally equivalent.

It cannot be independently set up. Instead, it requires logging in with a seller-provided Chinese mobile number and password. This was not clearly disclosed and fundamentally changes how the product can be used.

The device also has remote video capability, meaning control of a camera inside the home is tied to an account that I do not create or fully control.

The seller refused to accept a return without me paying significant shipping costs and has since stopped responding. The business also does not provide clear identifying details such as a verifiable address or working contact number.

I have lodged a chargeback and a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

On 2 December 2025 I bought 2 Ecovac W2 winbot cleaners. After a long delay, they arrived. Everything was in Chinese. An email from the vendor gave instructions on how to use the Ecovac app to make them work in Australia. This did not work as I already had an Australian purchased Ecovac interior vac robot. The Chinese instructions cannot be run form the Australian App. I have sent 57 emails to Digishop seeking a return and a refund. They have listed a disconnected phone number and refuse to inform me how to return and get a refund. This is theft. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE SHONKS

I bought an Ecovacs X5 vacuum robot in Nov 2024, but when it arrived I found it was a Chinese version and I had to use a dodgy chinese phone number they supplied to register it and get it going. I was promised a software update was coming soon that would make it the same as the Aust version, but that has never come, despite many emails and promises. They have sent spare accessories to pacify me earlier, but now they don't even respond. The website said Warranty by Ecovacs Australia, but they won't have anything to do with it, so that is a lie. I gave 2 stars because the price was cheaper at the time, but otherwise very unhappy.

I would rate Digishop as a 0 stars if possible brought replacement parts for our Ecovacs robot vacuum $108 for the kit.

Digishop sent the wrong parts, when I emailed them about their mistake they said they would send the correct parts 1 month later still nothing emailed again they finally admitted the stocks were low and would send them asap, got an email 2 days later got an email to say parts had been shipped asked for a tracking number but apparently they were sent as a non-tracked item.

2 weeks later still nothing emailed again parts and now no replies to my emails..

Avoid Digishop at all costs, falsely advertise parts when they don’t have them.

Be careful of this organisation, they sell grey marketed Chinese Vacuums and no doubt other products. Their phone number does not work and they are very difficult to contact other than email.
I have had a terrible experience when my vacuum stopped working. While they eventually (after 3 months) shipped one back it did not work and they have stopped responding.
As always something to good to be true often is.
Be very careful purchasing anything from this company
