Joanne was just amazing. It was the first time I have used a hearing facility in my life. Joanne was so professional and knowledgeable, she explained everything in simple terms and fully managed my expectations throughout the appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone struggling with any hearing challenges. Absolutely worth trying the hearing clinic in Harrogate!

Consulted by Dallin at Princes Street in Edinburgh, super friendly and nice, explained anything I need to know about ear wax quickly, and able to get it done within 15 minutes. Some Hong Kong private ear clinics will get you a much more egoistical and condescending doctor, paying 4 times the fee that I did, which is the complete opposite of what Dallin is! Absolutely smooth experience.

I was fortunate to get an appointment very quickly. The whole experience was very professional I was guided every step of the way, reassured and my comfort was enquired after. Best of all and no time at all I was able to hear again! Following that lots of advice of what to do.

Appointment arranged at a time to suit me. Everything was explained in great detail as to how the removal of the wax would be carried out. The procedure was performed efficiently and without any great discomfort. (not like a previous experience with a different provider) and my hearing restored.
I would certainly recommend Jo and Tony for their friendly and professional manner in successfully completing the procedure.

Excellent service today at the Hearing Clinic, Glasgow. Reception staff welcoming, friendly and efficient. The Audiologist that I saw, Stuart, is great; very knowledgeable, explains everything in appropriate detail and addresses all questions patiently. Invariably made to feel like a valued client.

Jo was excellent, sorted out my ears and the experience was far better than a previous clinic I went to. Jo explained thoroughly the process and what she was doing , plus before and after. 5 stars.

Joanne was the perfect clinician. She explained the procedures with honesty and care, which is a very rare occurrence nowadays.

I went into the clinic deaf in my right ear, Tony checked both ears to discover both ears were blocked by wax. Tony explained everything he was doing and cleared the wax from both ears. A pain-free and gentle experience and I can hear again yea! Thank you tony

I went as an individual for an ear wax removal. The service was very professional, completed with expertise, with explanations throughout. This made me feel comfortable and knowing I was in good hands.

I also followed this up by taking my mother-in-law for a hearing exam and subsequently for hearing aids. Once again it was an excellent job, done very professionally but with care and understanding.

On a arrival I was greeted by Tony ..he made me feel relaxed and explained everything very clearly.

Everything that was done was clearly explained and I was given the opportunity to ask any questions as we went along.

Excellent service provided. Took my elderly mother to have the wax removed from her ears. The care and attention she received was 1st class. Looked like all the equipment was modern and fit for purpose, and as a bonus there was a 50% discount applicable that day, so all in all fantastic value for money. Would recommend highly.

Not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Very efficient and professional member of staff who took time to explain the procedures and the problem I had with my ears.

I saw Sakina Thomson in Glasgow today .
I was 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic but she could not have been more accommodating even though she was chock a block with appointments for the rest of the day .
From the outset Sakina was cheerful , communicative and very reassuring .
Her work was excellent and she skilfully managed to remove some very old hard stubborn wax , patiently and with a quiet confident calm, explaining every step as she worked.
I cannot recommend Sakina highly enough . She is clearly a valuable asset to The Hearing Clinic.

Stephen is an expert in microsuction! After years of treatment across the world I can definitely assure anyone with acute hearing loss due to wax : go to Stephen he is one of the best and will make you hear again!

Stephen has seen me a couple of times at the Stirling branch, and I always leave absolutely amazed with his care. Not only is he very knowledgeable, patient and listens to everything you have to say without making you feel rushed - but he is just one of the nicest healthcare professionals I've ever had the pleasure of seeing.

My left ear had become completely blocked, and Tony quickly and gently sorted it out with microsuction. He took time to explain what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The whole process was professional, friendly, and very competent. Such a relief to hear clearly again — thank you!
