The service recieved was great, I was fully informed about all my options for a survey and kept informed throughout the process.

The organisation of the survey was straightforward, and the report arrived within a few days, and it was very thorough. I particularly valued the follow up phone call a few days later to go through particular issues and clarify points that I had, this was very helpful.

Very quick and easy process. Report was sent over straight away with no issues. I received a phone call from the surveyor Victoria before she went into the property to ask if we want her to look at anything in particular. She carried out the survey and then rang straight away to say it has been done and mentioned anything that was wrong with the property and then we revived the report and two days later she rang again to make sure we understood the report and asked us if we had any questions.

I was given regular updates on the survey appointment via text and found it easy to sign up to the portal. Once the survey was completed we got a report the next day via email then had a phone call with the surveyor (Johnathon) a few days after that to discuss his findings and get advice. He was friendly and helpful.

Survey was easy to sort and they discussed in full the different levels instead of trying to upsell like other companies. Afterwards my surveyor called and went through the whole survey with me, putting my mind at rest over certain points. Hopefully won't have to but would use again!

I recently had a Level 2 RICS survey carried out on a three-bedroom house by Julia from e.surv Chartered Surveyors, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with her service. Julia was exceptionally thorough, meticulous, and professional throughout the process.
She prepared a clear and detailed report, and was always approachable and responsive whenever I had extra questions. She took the time to explain everything patiently and made sure I fully understood her findings.

Great communication via text, email, portal and phone calls. Survey L2 carried out on the Friday and reported by the following Monday afternoon. Was then contacted 2 days later to see if I had any questions regarding the survey and discussed their recommendations over the phone as well it being written in the report. We have not moved to the house at present but have no reason to believe the survey will not be accurate in its report. Report included labelled photos which was helpful to us.
The company were recommended to us by our mortgage advisor and the process of booking our survey was straight forward and easy to navigate with support from the team.
