So easy to arrange, pay for. The report was detailed and well explained both by a written guide and through a telephone call.

I received the results of my property survey from Annabelle Rossi (via eConveyancer/Moving Portal) just before Christmas. Although the report highlighted a number of issues, I was very grateful for the excellent service and support I received from Annabelle.

Great experience, was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. After giving them the go ahead it was all arranged with a local surveyor within a day and the survey was completed within a week. We then received the report next day.

I have had 2 surveys in the last 3 months for a competitive market in York and both of them have been excellent and very helpful. My most recent survey was a level 3 completed by Paul Cunliffe and his report was so thorough and detailed it was like a thesis. Moreover Paul was knowledgable and pragmatic in his phone call to me after the report was submitted. I have been Impressed with both surveys and with the service here on The Moving Portal

Its an overwhelming journey, and since moving portal keeps us on the loop to keep us updated from time to time . I never thought that L2survey report will release too soon coz mostly Ive heard from fb groups like a week or more but in the moving portal they surpass my expectations.

The surveyor contacted us before he arrived in the morning , he was very pleasant and on arrival explained what he was wanting to see. After he had finished he was again very pleasant and professional and told us he was satisfied with what he had seen

Went through the Moving Portal twice for home surveys. I sent off an email and within just a few hours both times I got a call back for information about the houses and booking. They found a surveyor so quickly, the second time we had the survey done within just three days! Very friendly staff and a reasonable price compared to other companies. Would definitely use a third time in the future.
