Good experience
Tried to find a rental in Sydney close to my uni and was really hard to find a place to live while searching from overseas and then I finally find the mysa house on flatemate website.
I got a place in redfern. Initially it was kinda sus at first because i hadn’t heard of them but honestly it turned out way better than i expected. they did a call to explain how it all works and showed me a video of the place before i arrived.
moved in around 6 months ago and it's been solid so far. I like that I didnt have to buy any furniture which is not usual in Sydney. they actually asked about the type of housemates i’d prefer too which was nice.
It was definitely way better than trying random gumtree or facebook listings where you don’t even know what you’re walking into.
