Stay away. Cheap products. They claim to be UK based but products are shipped from

This so called Company and possibly similar ie with look a like and similar images are all China based scam set ups

They employ responders with East European sounding first names , you won't get anything like a remedy.

They block their email in boxes , BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS SEND THEM A CHARMING MESSAGE ON THEIR CONTACT FORM....so you've probably done your money , but a few words to them might help your annoyance..

Banks shouldn't let them use Mastercard etc etc..

Just what everyone else has been saying. WishI had read these reviews before sending for a swim suit. I did get a reply to say I can't return items even though they advertise 'easy returns' - which is unlawful. No reply to emails to query this. The telephone number on the website no longer works. Yes, terrible experience and will tell everyone I meet to avoid this company.

Sent the wrong item and now they won’t reply to any emails to arrange return. Company emailed straight back whilst I was purchasing the item as I had to wait weeks for item to be sent out, as soon as I try to contact them regarding return, they ghost me.
Steer clear.

If i cold I’ll rate 0. Fake … don’t order from this site it 100% fake!! They just want to take your money…

Dreadful Company. I would not recommend buying products from them. I bought a tankini swimsuit on the basis of 'easy return'. Only tried on the top - Hygiene strip all intact. I emailed for returns process only to be told policy was "no refund" because they advertise that it is easy to return, I think this is deceitful. Not a great company at all. Product quality was pretty rubbish and very long delivery time.

Total unadulterated rubbish. Can't believe I fell for it. Believed they had a shop in London . Stupidly read reviews after ordering. Ordered large, wouldn't fit my 12 yr old!! Do not order anything.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Bought a dress, poor quality and tried to return it. No customer service, phone number is invalid.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Ordered a motorbike helmet, said it was up to British road standards and next day delivery. The helmet came from China, was not up to any road standards whatsoever. Emailed to tell them this, had a reply offering a further helmet. I refused and was then offered a further helmet, was told I could keep the one already delivered and pay a further £8.50 for a replacement, still not up to British standards. Refused and said I wanted a refund. All my emails were then blocked and could not contact them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The quality of dress is very bad, cheap material, size is too big than it stated. Keep away from this shop, beside the shop is not in London, not even in UK. Avoid it.!

This company is still trading online, but it's Dissolution Date was 17/06/25. Without knowing this, my wife bought a £30 swimming costume which was not as described and unfit for purpose. Unsurprisingly, she is unable to contact anyone. She cannot request help from her bank or from Visa, because the amount paid was less than £100.

Absolutely poor quality of the coat i ordered, nothing to do with London. Might as well came from Temu or Shein, took nearly 3 weeks for it to come.
Never order from this company again!
Its costing me half of the price of the coat to send it back they wont send out pre-paid labels to you. Scam company!!!

Corrupt company should not be allowed to sell goods under false name. Not based in London. Stole £70 off me and wont answer any correspondence. The goods are faulty and not fit for purpose asked for a returns label no one gets back have involved my bank to claim refund. Why are they allowed to set up and steal of the british public.

Absolutely appalling service item not described as i bought no returns label or nothing. You can only contact the company by email and ive contacted them numerous times to arrange a refund. Do not buy anything from this company.

Do not use ordered a coat for my husband , nothing like the picture, cannot organise a return to receive a refund . Company don’t reply rubbish wish id read reviews before ordering they should be shut down disgraceful 😫😫😫

Don't be fooled by this company its not London Based it Albanian. Goods are poor and not as described. They then try to haggle to reduce the price when you want to return the goods to the company which adds a significant cost, because you are required to pay the postage.
All I can say is Buyer Beware
