Excellent service

Always happy with my purchases, regularly buy from the run hub. There delivery is so quick and prices great too.

Was in the carrickmines store recently looking for trainers with no clue what I needed so was delighted with all the help and advice I got from Simon, who had the patience of a saint and sent me off with my new shoes that I have already walked miles in and really love. I will return for my next pair. Thanks Simon, regards, Dymphna Brady

Ordered yesterday.....got it today, couldn't ask for more than that.

I did a gait analysis with Leandro. He was excellent at informing me of the best shoes for me. He gave me plenty of choice and plenty of time to decide. I would highly recommend.

I bought a few gels (nutrition) for my running from the shop, the products arrived as described but the parcel was just left in the ground (not in a safe place), and the the dogs had at it unfortunately.
after reaching out to the store to tell them what happened. Their response was " they couldn't do anything about it as delivery was done promptly" and " they didn't have any control over the behaviour of the dogs".
So basically I bought a product delivery wasn't done as per the curriers guidelines and because of it it gets damaged and the response from the store is " we can't do anything about it".
a bit of a joke, luckily there are other stores available.

Great stylish product, light yet durable and superfast delivery. Bought a second pair immediately, and will purchase again.

Simple and easy online process for ordering. I orderer a pair of CEP mens socks, love them, as per advertised. Will defo shop with the Runhub again

Excellent service. Great range of products available. Delivery was prompt with regular updates from the suppliers and the delivery service.

I ordered a size large and used it once and the size was way off. I did ask for a replacement and they said once it was used once that it couldn’t be returned , which was understandable. I then asked if they could offer some sort of discount on ordering a smaller size and they said no, I would have spend up on €100 to receive a discount.

I originally ordered Large, which states that this should be for size 32’-35’. I am a size 34/36 size waist. The new belt was medium (29’-32’) and the medium fits

Some element of courtesy wouldn’t have gone astray

Great service, super fast delivery!

Excellent Range of Products.

Items dispatched and received very quickly. No issues and all good.
The store has a more extensive range than other shops do.

Matt from Ashtown, hooked me up with a new Garmin forerunner and strap. He remembered me from a previous year which was impressive. Great shop and great treatment from matt.

Lionidas, looked after me really well today when I visited the Rathborne store. He gave me a lot of time and professional assistance even though the store was very busy.
I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality product and service
