"The Computer says no!"
Very unhelpful service, 1 store doesn't have stock (Aungier St) but great service, the other store (Ashtown) wont transfer stock and wont take a Gift Card online or over the phone as its not for the full amount.

I use the run hub online shop for all my running needs. I ordered gels and socks yesterday and they have just been delivered to my house in Waterford now.
Top class service as always.

Went to one branch who did not have my size and advised I buy online from another branch and get delivered to home. Even gave option to bring back to original shop if not happy (once not worn outside)!

Easy interface. Found what I was looking for with ease. Checkout process was effortless. And delivery was earlier than advised.

Great to deal with. Ordered online and the delivery was there a couple of days later. The communication on the status of your order is perfect. Nice thank you card with your delivery. I’d recommend ordering with them.

I had a gait analysis done by Leandro. It was very interesting and informative and an excellent tool for choosing the right shoes. I was explained everything about the way I run and then got reccomendations of shoes.

Steoh and her team were tops! Great customer service and great help! Thanks again.

Great visit to the ashtown store today to purchase my new Gym runners. I dealt with Steph who was so nice and professional, she helped me find a great pair to help with my fitness journey. Will defo be back.

I had such a lovely time visiting Ashtown over the weekend! The staff were super energetic & friendly, making the experience even nicer.
A guy named Ned helped me pick out a new pair of running shoes, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was genuinely passionate about running and really knew his stuff. Plus, he was so encouraging!
Ill be back again soon with a few friends from my running crew.
If you’re thinking about stopping by, I would absolutely recommend it!

Good,availability of runners and quick quick delivery

Purchased a gift voucher for my brother for Christmas. While completing the purchase online, I was left a little confused as the only 2 options for receiving the voucher were in store pick up or posting the physical voucher to the address. I found this strange as I’m used to being able to print off vouchers myself that I’ve purchased in the past. Would be nice to add this option. Otherwise, the voucher was shipped and delivered within the set time frame.

Had a Gait Analysis with Magda in Aungier Street shop. She was very professional and helped me picked out a lovely pair of Saucony’s to help get me back into my running after a knee injury.
I’m delighted with my runners and will be back for a new pair in the future.

Fast delivery in spite of it being the holiday season. Product was as described and I'm really happy with it.

Very smooth process from order to delivery. As expected.

Ordered a new pair of runners late on the 29th December, not expecting them to arrive until January. They arrived first thing on the morning of the 31st December! Excellent Service!

The sales person was not helpful when I couldn't retrieve my order confirmation email. I had to leave the shop and come back. If this was necessary (I cant see why) , the reason should have been explained politely. The attendant didnt look up at me and his manner was dismissive. I felt he was relieved not to have to bother with me. Myself and my husband have bought several pairs of runners in the run hub since it opened. They have a great selection of runners but customer service is often lacking.
