I wanted 2 carpets renewing & went to Stone carpets as I have used them before.
I spoke with Nicola who was very helpful.
I was able to take samples with me to see which colours suited the decor best.
Melanie came to measure the rooms, she was very pleasant & efficient.
I chose the colours I wanted, they were duly ordered & fitted in a fairly quick time span.
I was delighted with them.
Highly recommended.

Can't fault the slabs other than they are advertised as 300x300 but they are actually 290x290 which you need to factor in.
First order was great decided to order another 230 slabs.
The slabs arrived and the delivery driver took 1 crate off with 22 slabs on and refused to deliver the other crate with 208 slabs on. He didn't feel safe and it was his first day. He put this on the delivery note and said someone else would arrive later that day. I contacted the stone flooring and they eventually rang giving me a completely different story saying the crate was accidentally left off the lorry even though I seen my crate on lorry and driver said it was there but he didn't feel safe delivering. The stone flooring said these things get left sometimes and my delivery would be the very first thing the next morning and they would contact delivery company to see if I could be refunded delivery.
Next morning no delivery so I contacted again asking to be told deliver would be late afternoon. When I asked about delivery refund they completely blanked all emails and contact. This delay cost me for the guys being here but no slabs apart from 22.
Perhaps if they crate was halved I wouldn't have had this problem. But £70 delivery for these problems and a company that lies and ignores you.
I would advise you avoid and go with a reputable seller

Statuario Brilliant tiles are beautiful and give a marble look to our extension. As we got them on our floors and cladded to one wall it gives a very grand look to the extension and add a white charm. It looks amazing and very happy with the purchase. 1200x600 tiles are of exceptional quality.

I ordered the Regency Worn Antique Limestone, absolutely gorgeous stone with all its natural colours and textures to Go with our kitchen floor. The visualisation tool really did help us pick this stone and it looks identical to what the tool showed us.
