Brilliant service, the item arrived so quickly. I had a few questions about the sizing and received a quick reply on Instagram.

1 arrived and correct
1 arrived - wrong item “human error” cited as reason for dispatching wrong item. Which was cheap, nasty and synthetic. Straight from a mass production line in China.
1 never arrived.

Asked for refund for item never received and for the correct item where the mistake had been made.

Instead of giving refund as agreed - claims to have shipped the final item.

TERRIBLE. CLAIMS ‘Mummy business’ hard work etc. Business is hard and this one gives any woman in business a bad name.

Horrendous. I ordered several items online, waited a long time to receive them and then when the parcel did finally arrive it only contained 2 of the 8 items.
I contacted them by email- no reply, by Instagram and by their website and eventually got a reply. It then took from June to OCTOBER to get a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Inept at sending out the items, non existent customer services and inexcusable delays in refunding. They also offered no compensation for the inconvenience or experience.

I wish I had read up on reviews before ordering from this company. I was pleasantly surprised my order was shipped four days ordering, after two weeks no order was received so I assumed this must have been lost in the post. After sending an Instagram message and email I received no reply, had to message her again and received a generic email about my order. I asked for shipping on numerous occasions which she wouldn’t provide. She finally stated my order had been sent and I would be due to receive it tomorrow (Tuesday) the day came and no parcel was received and she said it would be there by Friday at the latest. The order arrived on Wednesday and she had only posted it on Monday! To continue the disappointment I then received the wrong item, I refused to send this back as I had no hope i would get the right item or a full refund back as her previous messages had been no help. I just stated I wanted the difference as she had sent me a cheaper item than the one I ordered. It’s been over a week and I am still yet to receive my refund. I have warned people not to buy from this company.

Horrendous experience, still fighting for my money back. Months after order I have received nothing and I have been lied to and ignored numerous times! Customer service non-existant! Do not buy!

Don't waste your money. The website looks beautiful but be warned this 'company' is not genuine. After ordering three items and waiting six weeks I finally received 1 item which was not even what I had ordered. I emailed the company at least six times and messaged them on their social media page. I received two messages which were very vague and offered no apology - just that it is very hard being a one "mommy" business. Hopeless.
