I bought 5 of the Kelston lights and my electrician has been unable to mount these without having to built
specialist plinths to attach to the walls. They are not suitable for pre-existing wiring as the mounting plate is very small. Phoned your company and was told that you would look into it and ask your technical support and get back to me - the silence was deafening. Design fault needs integrated bigger plinth/ fixing plate. They are weighty and to get an adequate fixing we have had five wooden plinths built to attach the lights on for stability and to hide the wiring.

We've adorned our venue with pendants from The Wall Lighting Company. The products look great, but we've also been really impresses with The Wall Light Co's efficient and friendly customer service.

Minor issue, wrong item delivered but correct item was delivered very promptly and they arranged a collection of the incorrect item with no fuss. Great customer service.
Had similar issues with other companies and they made it so difficult in comparison.

Lantern is so beautiful I've bought another two. Really beautiful, elegant design. Bought a cheaper version for comparison, this lantern is much sleeker and the matt black finish is the cherry on top. Customer service also very good and attentive leaving me a very happy customer!

We visited their office and looked through products, were impressed by the quality and made a bespoke order that was very professionally handled. Full advice on style, size, colour, fittings etc. and the lights have transformed our home.

Absolutely delighted with the glass pendant lights I bought. The price was more than I'd normally spend but I couldn't find any I liked as much anywhere else so decided to go for it. The customer service was fabulous and gave me advice on the size to buy and the fixings and hanging detail, they also said they would hold the items for me until my kitchen was finished. The pendants were packaged very well and came quickly as soon I requested. They are absolutely stunning!! Great product and super company to deal with. Highly recommend.
