The guys that came to remove the old cavity wall insulation were very thorough, done a good job and cleared up afterwards. The guys that installed the new insulation were just as thorough and also cleared up afterwards. Highly recommend.

My property was left in a shocking mess, lots of old insulation products everywhere, still finding it today after 2 weeks.

We had cavity wall insulation installed by The Warmer Group - it was a good experience all round. The surveyor who visited was helpful, addressed all my concerns as a layman, sent through a full information pack with photos of the wall cavities, and better priced than the others who quoted.
The installers themselves were efficient, quick (it only took an afternoon!), and left the place very tidy. Small things like they washed away all the brick dust makes the difference. And it's all backed by a 25-year guarantee from a company that's been in business for a lot longer than that - peace of mind!

We had to have the old cavity wall insulation removed and new insulation reinstalled. From the first visit by the surveyor, who explained what was happening with the old insulation, and installation of new insulation everything went smoothly. The team members who did the work were polite, courteous and friendly and tidied up afterwards. All in all, very pleased

I had a cavity wall insulation extract. The team of operators were excellent - they took time and were considerate to ensuring they did a good job in minimising damage to walls and the need for reinstatement. The loft was carefully protected to minimise dust ingress. They were happy to discuss any concerns and worked with me to meet my requirements.
Unfortunately, the team have to work with plant and equipment that is no longer fit for purpose. The compressor kept overheating requiring them to stop work and the extract machine was damaged and had leaky pipes causing significant mess outside. In my opinion, the company needs to invest some profits in new tools which appears long overdue.

The two workers arrived on time and spent the first hour or so sizing up the job ahead. The care of the planning was impressive and gave me great confidence. They worked diligently throughout the day and completed the insulation within that day. Furthermore they added unexpected extras such as replacing inadequate anir vents and new air vents In rooms with active fireplaces. They finished by painting over the re-cemented holes whitch completed what I felt was a competently performed job.

Superb service from start to finish. Emily in the office was very helpful and efficient; David the surveyor was thorough and explained things fully; the 2 operatives who installed (much needed) cavity wall insulation arrived on time, were very prompt and thorough and tidied up after themselves. Very impressed with the company and would highly recommend. Superb value too.

The operatives were on time...very polite and courteous ... did a first class job and left everything clean and tidy when they left...so very happy with the service we received.

My council house had the loft fully insulated January 2024 by another contractor, but some serious damp developed upstairs towards the end of 2024. The council's inspector found 3 tiny missed 'spots' near the eaves/wall joinings on Jan 2nd, 2025.

Today (6th Jan 2025) Alex & Adelino rocked up and completely re-insulated the entire loft with an extra layer, so now it is doubly insulated. They cleared up beautifully and went above and beyond by putting loads of Christmas stuff up in the loft for me as, being that I'm severely disabled, I would have had to wait for a friend or neighbour to have the time to pop round & do it for me otherwise, and I hate asking too many times for help. I didn't actually ask these guys, Alex saw the stack of boxes and bags and asked me I would like them to do it for me!

They even washed up the mugs from the coffee I gave them!

I was sent a letter by the Warmer Group Ltd offering their insulation services. I checked the details on the Great British Insulation Scheme & found I was not eligible as it is means tested & it is a large house. Nevertheless I contacted them for a quotation for a top up loft insulation package the rest of the house being fine e.g. cavity wall insulation, double glazing, new gas boiler etc. This previous work carried out has had a very positive impact on my gas bill. Surveyor turned up on time & agreed a top up insulation of some 150mm was appropriate. Lots of detailed technical issues discussed. Received the quote from head office shortly afterwards which I thought was very reasonable. I don't think I could buy the materials at B&Q for that money.....Work was carried out very shortly thereafter. They were very quick, tidy & thorough & on time. Received the invoice shortly afterwards & paid it with no issues. Difficult to say how effective it has been as November has been very warm but currently the gas bills are running at 50% of last year. House is easy to heat up etc. Very pleased :-)

The office staff kept me informed of visits with plenty of notice.The workforce were helpful at all times, never any mess left. So any form of installation to property give these guys a call. Well recommended.

I was a little apprehensive before the visit, after some earlier experiences that promised much but did not deliver- BUT, our experience with the Warmer group has been excellent. Alex, the installer, was a really nice person, knew all the ins and outs of his work, listened to concerns and was clearly determined to do a good job.

The loft insulation work that The Warmer Group carry out is virtually faultless. Their installations are extremely comprehensive and very professionally executed. I have used them now about a dozen times on new build and refurbishment projects. I would highly recommend them.
