I had a very pleasant experience with The Warmer Group. From initial contact right the way through to installing our loft insulation, their communication was polite and professional. The fitters arrived on time and completed a wonderful job in just a few hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great work, great employees
Professional company with friendly and hardworking employees. Man who wrere doing the work couldn't be more polite, knowledge and professional. I had a cavity wall done and The Warmer Group was able to secure me a government grand which is a massive help during inflation. I had few quotes from other companies and all of them were more expensive and did not offer government grand. I will definetly recommend The Warmer Group to my friends. I'm very happy with their work.

Very professional - nothing is too much trouble
Very professional and polite with good, solid information about what i should do to make my house retain it's heat for longer.
The guys (Lee and James) that came out to do the work were polite, well mannered and nothing was too much trouble, even marking off where i was going to be taking a wall out so the beads didn't go all over the place when we took the wall out.
Can't recommend the Warmer Group enough - thanks guys!

Professional from start to finish
Everyone we have dealt with from this company for our Therma Bead installation, including the surveyor, admin staff and the 2 installers have been professional, helpful, polite and efficient. The installers, Tommy and Tommy, were prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very clean and tidy workers and a credit to the company. We have no hesitation in recommending this company for insulation work.

Thank you for your review. Our surveyor called you on the way to inform you of the delay to which you said was fine and to not park on the drive as your son was going out. Unfortunately on this day the traffic was exceptionally bad and can only apologise again for the delay. If we can be of any assistance in the future, we would be happy to help.

I had cavity wall extraction carried…
I had cavity wall extraction carried out then ThermaBead installed I had to call them back as there was a hole left without any beads inside...I would have thought some of the beads might have came out while they were putting the beads in had a 2nd call out still don't think they have done a complete job ..I asked if they use a camera to look inside the cavity yes they said did they use a camera after I asked ....no .............................1 hour 30 minutes it took them to arrive and leave not bad work for £838.00
