I contacted them regarding a problem…

I contacted them regarding a problem when I was unable to get a new thermal monoscope to work. They were brilliant on the phone to ensure there was a problem by talking me through resets. They took on the repair which was done quickly and the scope was returned in full working order very quickly. Excellent from start to finish.

Pulsar Axion XG30 Support

I recently purchased a Pulsar Axion XG30 thermal imager for birdwatching purposes, which has already proven itself as a superb piece of kit. Being new to such technology I managed to run up quite a list of queries and requests for advice and throughout my learning curve the Thomas Jacks Support Team have been superb. There are highly experienced, extremely quick to respond, and extremely patient; I cannot commend them highly enough 

Excellent Customer Service

I have used Thomas Jacks on several occasions and most recently in April 2026. I sent an item in for a warranty repair. As on every previous occasion, the service from Thomas Jacks has been outstanding. The communication and updates are really good and the service commitment to respond within 10 days has always been achieved.
They completed the repair and the item was back with me in no time at all.
They are a company with clear customer focus at the centre of business.

Faulty thermal scope .thermion 2 xq50 pro lrf

Had a slight problem with thermal scope spoke with TJ , sent a link filled in online either fault details was quickly sent a RMA number returned scope as requested at no cost to me , avery helpful young man James was in touch with me & problem was resolved with in days under warranty absolutely brilliant service couldn't have asked for better .
Thankyou guys at TJ 5 star service & another very happy customer.

Had some warranty work needed on my Mergers, very quick assessment and remedy. They needed some cosmetic work too which caused a slight delay but nothing drastic. Got them back in double quick time and they really are as good as new now. Great company, thoroughly recommend!

Excellent

Excellent web site and after an enquiry I was directed to their outlet site where I found everything I wanted at discount. Email communication with the sales department was second to none, most excellent.
Equipment was delivered the next day and what great equipment it is surpassing all my expectations.
All in all very satisfied with the whole experience.

Had a problem with my Thermal spotter I…

Had a problem with my Thermal spotter I contacted Thomas Jack to try and fix it myself after sending footage to them I had an email asking me to send the Thermal in for service, I was updated regularly a few days later had an email saying that it was on its way back to me. Amazing service thanks to all involved.

I had a problem with my pulsar C50

I had a problem with my pulsar C50, which was out of warranty. After posting it to Thomas Jacks, they sent me a message acknowledging receipt. I was then kept informed of every stage of the inspection and repair process. The item was returned promptly and very well packaged. Overall a great experience.

Good after sales

Good after sales, most problems can be sorted quickly, but sometimes we get the one that not so easy, it's them problems that need more patience and time remember time is money, now having said all that and having one of them not to easy to diagnose was successful repaired, thanks guy's for your good work.

Excellent team great work…

Initially had some issues with claiming under my warranty but these were resolved and the repair was all made under my warranty. Very fast service posted Monday and had it back by Friday the same week. Really good job of repairs very grateful and happy with the team at Thomas Jacks thanks Paul

Good service and communication

Problem with a Pulsar monocular which needed resolving under warranty. Quick, efficient service and great communication resolved the issue and product now back with me in full working order.

Have ongoing issue with a Spypoint Flex…

Have ongoing issue with a Spypoint Flex s camera. Was unable to upgrade the firmware yet Joe my contact didn't hesitate in agreeing to return it and upgrade for me. Unfortunately a couple of problems remain but again good communication skills and assistance is forthcoming. I have confidence they will rectify.
Brilliant customer service in an age where it's like gold dust to find. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Market Leader on Sales and Service

I recently sent an expensive scope back for service / repair, the experience from start to finish has been fantastic.

Extremely swift response to all to phone calls and emails and always kept updated with progress on work.

If you are looking for Thermal or night vision technology, these are the people to buy from. They not only import but also have a dedicated team of service engineers on site and handle repairs and service of products they supply in the UK

Wonderful service from sales to repair!

A truly unique company with full backup and support when required
