Compré un jarrón el 4 de mayo y estamos a 28 de mayo. El jarrón no ha llegado. Me han reembolsado el importe del transporte pero no me han devuelto el importe del jarrón. Es claramente una estafa.

Después de recibir el producto ,este no se ajustaba a las medidas de mi habitación por un tema de la IA

Llevo 4 semanas esperando un pedido de una cuna, que decían que llegaba en 2 semanas. No contestan los emails ni las llamadas. Desconozco el estado del pedido. Servicio al cliente nulo.

Actualizo para informar sobre la cancelación del pedido. Sin respuesta. Evitad a toda costa comprar en esta tienda.

No sign of order placed weeks ago. I believe I have been scammed. How is this company allowed to keep existing?

Llevo mes y medio esperando mi cómoda cambiador. En la web ponía que llegaba en dos semanas, y tengo a mi hija sin poder tener un sitio donde cambiarle el pañal. No me cogen el teléfono y por email me dicen que va con retraso y nunca se me actualiza…

J’ai commandé une arche à jouet le 2 octobre 2025, cela fait désormais 7 semaines que j’attends la livraison de ma commande. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails au service client sans obtenir de réponse, leur chatbot renvoie à une application pour le suivi de la livraison (« shop »), laquelle indique que ma commande est « en route » depuis plus d’1 mois. Je n’ai pas de numéro de suivi pour la livraison, une vraie arnaque fuyez !

Stay away! I ordered a bed for my daughter two months ago. They haven't delivered the order and they are not responding to calls or emails. They owe me a substantial amount of money which they are not reimbursing.

Got an E-Mail from the webshop stating that the article I have ordered would be out of stock and they need to cancel the order. I asked to pay back the money then, but the shop stopped replying . I needed to involve PayPal. I assume this shop is scam!

Pedí 3 juguetes de bebé y la verdad que muy contenta, recibí el paquete en menos de 24h. Los juguetes son de muy buenas calidades y con precios buenos ya que estaban rebajados. quizás para cosas voluminosas no funciona igual de bien por o que leo, pero desde luego mi experiencia ha sido muy buena.

Nefasta. Después de dos semanas siguen sin saber cuando me van a enviar el producto. Les digo que quiero cancelar el pedido y como si oyeran llover. Llamas por teléfono y nadie te lo coge. Nunca más volveré a comprar aquí

Was worried after seeing these reviews but order arrived within 4 weeks as planned and the company did reply to my emails, it just took a bit of a while getting a shipping update but this company is legit : )

Buyer beware. I have still not received my item (1.5 months later) and they do not reply to my emails. It was originally supposed to be delivered in 1-2 weeks.

Fraud

Relicé un pedido hace mes y medio, en la web el plazo de entrega son dos semamas y tra muchas llamadas, emails y mensajes de voz no he conseguido respuesta de nadie.

Lo de la atención y servicio de esta tienda on line es de vergüenza . No atienden llamadas ni en el escaso horario para ello . Hoy hace 11 días que realicé el pedido y no sé nada aún del mismo . Han contactado conmigo, tras la reseña que escribí aquí , pero solo son evasivas porque siguen sin darme una fecha prevista de entrega . Digo evasivas porque incluso me han ofrecido otro producto con descuento en lugar del que yo compré . No he visto nada igual en la vida . Cada vez ( tres veces :una por correo y dos por WhatsApp ) que he podido hablar con ellos todo son excusas sin solucionar nada . Creo que hablaré con Visa para retirar el cargo por “ no entrega de mercancía”

I have sent multiple emails, DMs on instagram, made comments on their profile and nobody has gotten back to me with an answer as to where my order is. It has been 3 weeks now. I would like my money back if they are not going to fufill my order. I wish I had read trust pilot before ordering as it seems this is a common thing they do. Terrible customer service and seems as though it could be a scam

Update 2025-07-10
It has been over a month since I wrote this review.
I was contacted by customer service in response to this post. I asked to get the merchandise I ordered and paid for as the item shows as available on the website and to be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Unfortunately, I heard nothing back since 2025-06-26.
Still hopeful they will do the right thing.

I placed an order on 2025-02-02.
It was partially shipped on March 18 with a note saying that "there is a slight delay and the remaining order will be shipped within 7 to 10 days".
It has been more than two months since shipping of the first item.
Nothing happened since with the second item.
Items are available to order online.

I reached out to Toc Toc on multiple platforms and unfortunately my messages are not answered.

I placed an order for a total of $300+ which included $50 shipping - it was delayed, but their representitive stated I would be receiving it within a week. Weeks later, after several emails requesting the shipping status, they requested an additional $86 to cover shipping. This is either incompetence, or fraud. Either way, I implore you to avoid this absolute clown-show of a company - it's simply not worth it, and their items are available from other online vendors.

TOTAL SCAM purchased a banana rocking sheep but never received it. Contacted the company multiple times with no communication back whatsoever. Did not receive a refund. I would avoid at all costs.
