Just had my first service done on my mg Mia charters was amazing and made everything run smoothly

Here I am still without my car, that is still the Toomey Vauxhall Basildon. 5 months in … nearly 6 months for a car I am paying on finance, I haven’t been able to drive. They are taking the absolute mick! Yes they finally gave me a courtesy car after 4+ months without a car. But their poor communication still is not on. I haven’t specifically requested confirmation of how it will affect the wet belt just sitting in oil, for all these months the car hasn’t moved! This is out of my control because of Vauxhalls error. You replaced the ECU that I have paid £2k for but the ECU has not been coded to my car properly, so here we are waiting (already nearly 2 months) since you ordered the part and still no ETA I’m sorry how shocking this. I have heard of a number of other people that have had issues with yourselves as Basildon so I’m not the only one. I have made a complaint previously with Toomey it was palmed off. I have emailed the Jak and his manger j Becker but no response for over a week now. It’s not acceptable. I have made a complaint with my finance company too.
I would avoid using these as a garage for cars and also not to buy from them as they will sell you a wrecked car, they don’t have any care at all. It’s been 3 years of hell with Vauxhall at Basildon.

The staff are really good. The video link explaining the service reported about all major things was excellent. I really liked the service. The 2 service EMI plan is also good. But I feel like getting 2 years payment at once is at higher end may be you could charge for one year.
