We ordered an kitchen fan /Cape, Downdraft) from Topclasscarpentry. Even if we ordered the products on internet from Sweden everything worked perfectly. Good service, nice price and It was a pleasure to have contact with Topclasscarpentrys representant, Lee Stephenson through the order process.

The order was delivered to Sweden perfect and we are now waiting to make the installation in our new kitchen. Really fun!

I ordered a cooker hood which arrived pretty much on time from the manufacturer. On arrival I found 1 small piece to be broken. I reportred this to topclass and was immediately given a sympathetic hearing and assured that the item would be replaced. The difficulty was to describe the item over the phone.I was sent a parts list and diagram which unfotunately for the up to date model whuch I received and the part numbers did not correspond. The problem was resolved by dlivery on Thusday last 31st of a new hood.
Whilst the whole business was a nuiscence I cannot fault the response I received from Christina Paskell- Humphreys she was helpfull and concerned throughout. J. Griffiths

Although I didn't have much hope initially, TC carpentry managed to obtain spare parts for 20-year-old door furniture for me.
They also read their e-mails regularly, which speeds communications up considerably & made it possible for me to stay 'in the loop'.
Nice to find an internet company that still makes a real effort to provide a personal service. Highly recommended.

Excellent & efficient service.

As part of my decorating projecting I wanted to change my internal doors but had great difficulty finding the right ones and a company that could deliver with a certain time period. Then I came across TCC, not only were the doors great value but their customer services was equally excellent. The guys ensured that the doors were delivered within the time frame even during the difficult weather conditions and kept me updated all the way!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I came across TCC by accident when I was searching for a certain specialised product.
The product was duly ordered and although it was coming from the manufacturer and would take slightly longer, the price was good and the communication from the staff was excellent.

The laminate material arrived and although it was well packaged, The delivery agent managed to damage it.

I sent an email on the day I opened it which was a weekend. I recieived an email and several phone calls at the begining of the week to confirm the replacement was arranged. Again it was coming from the manufacturer so it would take a wee bit longer.

Cant fault the company, and as the material was a bit specialised, I kinda knew it would take a wee but longer.

The replacement arrived when they said it would , and was packaged with even stronger material, so it was in perfect condition when it arrived.

The excellent communications allowed me to keep my own client informed of progress, so they were a bit more settled.

I'll certainly use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can not praise Topclass Carpentry enough for the brillant and friendly service they have given me, from my first enquiry to the delivery of my order. Having had my extractor for 5 years we started to have a problem with the switch and had no idea how to locate a replacement.I googled hygena and came across Topclass Carpentry.Having spoke to Mick Cozens he checked that the right part was available.Not only did they have this in stock but in the same day it was dispached to me!.First class service.

I've been dealing with a lot of suppliers recently, and I wish that the others had the kind of customer service that Top Class Carpentry has. In fact I wish that every company that I had to deal with had this level of customer service.

The staff at Top Class Carpentry all went out of their way to deal with my order, everyone that I spoke to on the phone, the delivery driver, everyone.

I will 100% be using them to order more items from, as and when I need them, and I'll be recommending them to all my friends and colleagues.

I live in Australia and after trying to find the right product out here for quite some time, I tried a Google search and found Top Class Carpentry. They went out of their way to find the correct product. They colour matched and mailed out to me in super fast time. I just wish they were here in Australia and not on the other side of the world.
I now know where to start looking for hardware.

From the initial inquiry about the goods I needed, I was made to feel like I was a valued customer. Although one of the items was out of stock, I was informed immediately it became available, and the whole order was sent. Unfortunately, the courier service didn't quite attain the same level of care, but the goods eventually arrived much to the thanks of topclasscarpentry, and their intervention with the tracking. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and I would certainly recommend their service to friends, family, indeed anyone at any opportunity.

I asked for samples on Thursday, they arrived on Friday. I placed my order on Friday and received my goods on Tuesday Considering that the order was for worktops and I live in Scotland, I thought this was exceedingly fast delivery. I knew precisely what I wanted but was unable to obtain it as several suppliers would only deal with the building trade, until I came across topclasscarpentry. Their excellent website enabled me to find the goods I wanted, then I phoned to ask about availability. Staff here were exceptionally helpful, checking availability of goods, calling me back and arranging prompt delivery. I felt they really knew the meaning of customer service and as a result they have another very satisfied customer. Ought to mention the prices were very competitive too.

I am always wary about using an internet company without prior expereince or recommendation, however I found them excellent and they delivered my order quickly, with an early phone call from one of their staff. Products were wrapped up really well to prevent damage, and thus the hassle of getting them returned. Product themselves (doors & frames) were really good quality. Good firm; happy to use them again.

I was let down by B&Q on the delivery of my work surfaces, we had the kitchen fitters coming and was unsure what to do. I looked on the internet and found this company. I called to see if they could help and the person Karl who answered the phone could not have helped me more is customer service was excellent after helping me place the order he then called me back twice to make sure everything was OK and to confirm delivery of my work surfaces the next day. As promised the delivery was here the next morning. I cannot fault this company on anything the service was excellent and the work surfaces we ordered are perfect. Thank you for all your help will definitely be recommending to others.

At last a company who supplied exactly what was ordered. delivered exactly when they said (despite appauling weather & road conditions) & communicated by telephone after using their product knowledge all for a good price! Few companies come up to expectations these days but Topclasscarpentry exceeded in every way!

Worked hard to sort out a replacement for an item i ordered that was no longer available. Unbeatable price.

I was recommended by a friend and ordered my worktops from this company, they were delivered the next day as promised and I made a big saving on my original quote.

I was initially told the item I had ordered would be available when I needed it (10 working days from date of order). Seven days later I hadn't heard anything further, and when I called to check all was well I was told that the item that should have been delivered to me had been damaged in transit and a replacement would not now be available until almost a month after the date of order. This was too late for me so I had to cancel the order. Had I been informed of this delay immediately I might have been able to order elsewhere with enough time to spare. Now I have very little time left to make alternative arrangements that will fit in with my plans. I would have appreciated being kept informed.
