My husband and I have just purchased a beautiful 8 place dinning table and chairs and we are delighted with the quality and the excellent service we have received.
We would like to say a huge thank you to the delivery driver Scott and Matt for a perfect delivery and placed our delivery right where we wanted it. We would highly recommend Top Furniture and Scott and Matt.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.

The original item we wanted to purchase had a delivery date that didnt work for us as it meant waiting longer than we wanted. I went to cancel the order because of this and was directed to another item that actually worked better than the original and the delivery date worked well for us. The item was delivered and we have been very happy with it and very glad we ordered through the company.

I’ve had my tv unit for a while now, love it. Such good quality and looks so nice. Always get compliments on it! Will defo be ordering more stuff!

The process from ordering to delivery was smooth. Staff in the local showroom were professional and helpful.

I purchased a Doveridge limed oak kitchen table and recently noticed the the veneer on the top had split in several places. I contacted TOP Furniture as it was within the 12 month warranty period.
They have asked me to pay for an independent expert opinion on the faulty table.
I will not be purchasing from this company again. Very poor after sales service.

bought one set of bedside cabinets and was very happy so bought another set in different design for another bedroom.
speedy delivery, colours of painted wood accurate to website and sample I requested before purchase.

Bedroom bedside table came and wood was severely laminated, ply was coming off the side. Box was not damaged so must of been packed like that for delivery. We now have to wait for (we don't know how long) for a replacement. No offer of any refund, even partial. Damaged item is taking up space and not sure when it will be collected. Not impressed and wouldnt use them again.

What a fantastic couple of lads. Rob and cai were so helpful and polite and gave us advise on how to build the wardrobs. The furniture was very well packed and great quality. Definitely use them again 👍👌

Had a delivery today. The delivery guys Simon and Tony, were great. Placed my order for me, exactly where I wanted it. ( carrying it upstairs for me). They went above and beyond. Great service.

Great furniture, very well packaged, but the thing i was most pleased with were the delivery guys - Rob and Cai. They were very polite, extremely careful and even took the items upstairs to the correct rooms. Cant thank them enough.
