I live alone and sometimes don’t want to cook especially for just one. Tovala gives me easy, delicious means so I don’t skip meals. Less expensive than grocery shopping, no waste.

We are going into our third month with Tovala meals and I am so happy. I’ve tried most of the meal delivery services and have dealt with late deliveries, missing items, time consuming steps and then I found Tovala!! Really an answer to prayer. I don’t have to worry anymore about what I’m making for dinner and for the price of one dinner out for my family we eat all week. Every single meal we’ve had has been delicious and they use good ingredients. I am so happy with this decision and just wanted to share just in case anyone is on the fence, give it a try. Meals take about 3 mins max to prep and then the oven does the rest! We also received the oven free as part of their promotion! Great all around no complaints from us yet! Thank you Tovala and thank you to your awesome chefs!! Bravo!

This is my third meal service and by far the best. The food is consistently good and well made. We love it.

First of all, the food is delicious, fresh, healthy and affordable. It's great to receive it right to your door. They give you all the items needed but you don't have to do much as other companies do. You just sprinkle a little of this, 2 tablespoons of water, stir, etc. There are small packaged grated cheese,spices, salad dressing, etc., so you can customize your meal. Definitely worth trying!

Great food cooked perfectly in their oven. Great meal selection too. Fantastic solution for single homeowner who works hard and doesn't have time to shop and cook.
Great financial decision so I am not throwing away so much food at the end of the week. Especially with what grocery prices are nowadays!

Meals are inconsistent. The portions are generous. The oven's scan feature often causes the meal to burn part of the meal. You need to watch and remove items that the instructions do not say to remove. I think it is important for people to know to modify times not rely on the oven timer.

Overall, a good service/product.

The food has been delicious so far. A few items I have substituted for things I have on hand. Such as dressing. Overall the meal service is reliable and really helps with a busy schedule.

I don’t cook. I’m not good at it. I have tried 3 different ready meal plans with other companies. There is always a lot of prep. With this it is so simple and quick. I look forward to my meals.

The meals are DELICIOUS! The time it saves me is priceless. It’s a blessing to know my 15 year old is eating healthy meals daily and the meals are helping to expand his taste buds.

You have a commercial on regular channel.Not the spanish channel and a whole commercial is in spanish, which is pissing me off.We're not in spain or mexico.Make your commercials in english. This is still america remember?

Poor subscription service designed around the customer missing to skip that week’s order so that default items can be sent and not refunded. Any subscription designed in this way is a complete money grab. Why not allow me to buy a meal when I want and when I don’t, I don’t get auto shipped meals.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SERVICE!!
Everything from ordering the initial service, to the awesome (steam) oven, the variety of meals, the ease of set up on my phone, customer service, prep time, cook time, portion size and the incredible taste of every meal, being able to rate the meals for future reference and also seeing a picture of the chef who created it.
I was so tired of eating out because I didn’t have the energy or desire to think of something to cook everyday- this is like having a personal chef in your home. The meals are a great portion size for me and my husband. Some meals I add a potato or salad to and I can make two servings out of one meal.
I usually order 8-10 meals per week (you can prepick your meals almost a month out) and I freeze them- making sure to remove any lettuce or Coleslaw from the boxes.
The night before I set the meals I want for the next day out in my fridge to thaw for when I get home.
Everything is prepackaged to just the perfect amount- follow the simple directions- scan the QR code and press start. Walk away and do something else for 20 minutes till dinner is done. Your phone will even alert you when the meal is done and shows you a timer as to how long it has before finished.
Take your meal out and dish it up! Bam! Done! Amazing!
They offer a free oven and a steam oven for $50… my advice is spend the small extra for the steam oven.. you’ll be glad you did.
Everything they use is recyclable- another plus!
I plan to buy another for my camper— THAT will be a game-changer as well!
I tried to think of anything I would tell you to change- but as for right now- absolutely nothing comes to mind.

The meals that come in 2 packs SHOULD COUNT AS 2 MEALS!!! You are paying the same as if you were buying them separately.

Zero options for low carb or pork-free.

The oven is good. But the price for the meals plus the surcharged meals is absolutely insane for the caliber of service and quality. It’s not that they don’t taste good - they do. But if you’re low carb, can’t eat pork or have any sensitivity you’re basically screwed.

I paid $60 a week for 4 meals. That’s fine. IF I actually have options to choose from AND they aren’t surcharged like crazy. You want steak instead of chicken? That’s an extra 9.99 for that meal. You’re low carb? Here’s a pork dish. Oh, you can’t eat pork? Pay an extra $2.99 for the fish option OR get a non-protein meal. All 3 of my past deliveries have been chicken dishes where all I can eat is the chicken and the side gets thrown out because HELLO. I can’t have carbs and I’m not paying extra for fish and steak. For the price, I expect to have options. I can pay half this price and actually get food I can eat from any other service.

This is the third home meal delivery company we have tried. We do not anticipate another change. The food quality is excellent. We have rated a meal 3 on two occasions since starting 6 months ago. The rating was personal taste, not a problem with the food. ⅔ of our ratings have been 5. The nature of the meals and the prep (minimal) make it easy to alter or add is desired. Bottom line; Excellent food and excellent service has made life better for a couple in our 80s.

They straight up sent me food with mold on it to cook. Thank God I caught it ahead of time. It is too expensive to be receiving food with mold!!!!

The oven itself is wonderful. I’ve used it to bake and air fry non Tovala food with great success. I cannot rave enough about the food! I’ve had 4 meals, each one completely delicious. I look forward to my next shipment.

Everytime you reply to my reviews with lies I will submit a new one. Your app is spyware as per my phone's security software. In fact, your app does include at least (5) trackers which are constantly talking to your servers even when I'm not using the app. These trackers are known to sell information to third party data brokers. Shame on you!

My wife and I have been using the Tovala meal service and Tovala cooker for about 2 years now. We like the meals because they help us with potion control and we don't have to decide what to cook for dinner. Most of the meals are 9.99 each, we could not go to the grocery and buy they stuff for that.
We try to follow a low carb diet. Tovala has low carb options but the meals are limited and become repetitive very quickly. There are lots of choices, just not lots of low carb or low calorie options. That's the only reason I gave Tovala a 4.
The meal quality is there no doubt.
