Quality product, fairly good meals and prices. The biggest challenge is keeping track of when you will be billed for what. As a subscription service my guess is they do this to try and cover the cost of the subscription, but as food is a continuous need I would prefer they be open and transparent when they will be billing what as their prices are fair.

I just wanted to tell you how much I love this oven and the meals that come from it. It’s a game changer and I absolutely love the food. It’s excellent. I wish I had done this sooner. I’ve been watching the ads for several years now lol I finally pulled the trigger and so glad that I did. I order every other week. I LOVE the food. I wondered about the quality and portion sizes. They are off the charts! I look forward to my Tovala deliveries. 🚚

Don’t even try to send an issue to customer service because they do not respond! This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Foods good I’ll admit that, but if there’s an issue, don’t expect them to get back to you.

The Android app contains 5 trackers: Google Firebase Analytics, OpenTelemetry Analytics/Performance Monitoring, Pusher Push Notifications, Segment Analytics, Fully story Analytics. These are just the trackers I can find. There are probably more. This is to tally unethical and will not be tolerated by this user.

I cannot recommend highly enough the Tovala Oven and meal plan. It has literally been a game changer for me. I eat fresh, delicious food with minimal impact on my wallet, or on the amount of time I need to spend preparing it. I have had about a 95% success rate with the meals that I have chosen and have been a customer for almost 7 years now, if that tells you anything.

**Update: yes they contacted me but never really got an answer, they just stop responding. Bottom line the food is really good and I received some help on them shipping wrong meals. I’m changing my star rating due to those two things at this time. **

So far I’m not impressed. I did chat with what they call customer service. I was asking why I was charged more for my meals than what the description stated. The reply was maybe this or maybe that. I wanted an answer and received none. I asked for someone to actually look and again no real answer. I was told there was nothing they could do. Ok well customer service is horrible and that is usually the first thing to show a company’s reputation on how they will be to work with.

I asked what steps would I need to take if I wanted to cancel and return oven. The reply? We canceled your service and will let you know how to return oven. No refund for food delivering tomorrow or returns. Ok. Let’s go back to the beginning!! I only asked WHY????! WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME MORE. NO ANSWER EXCEPT GUESSING! I left Hungry root for this? By the way, great customer service and food with Hungry. I only switched because Tovala advertised GLP1 meals and I thought it would be nice to have that option.

Very disappointed and I was looking forward to this opportunity. First meals deliver tomorrow and this is my experience so far.

This is the only meal service I've ever used for more than six months, and I've tried nearly all of them. The quality and variety are unparalleled, and their app and communications are user friendly. The other big thing for me is that Tovala makes things easy, both in terms of how simple the meals are to put together and how much time it saves me overall. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Great service. Food is fresh and easy to prepare. Good variety of choices. Customer service - if needed - is quick to respond.

We’ve tried the majority of these services and this is the one we’ve stayed with the longest. Highly recommended.

After a head injury, I was unable to chew or think clearly, so I needed to postpone future meal deliveries. I thought that I had, but I was wrong! While in a care facility, an order of eight meals arrived and spoiled. All it took was one message to Tovala, and my payment for that order was credited toward future orders. No complicated forms; no proof required. They believed me, and that meant So Much!

So many fantastic things I love about Tovala! Unique menu items that are super fresh and taste amazing. So many options week to week I have a hard time deciding. Every single meal or dessert I’ve eaten has been excellent. The pro oven bakes every item to perfection and my time prepping is literally 1-2 minutes. Love that!

I’ve tried so many meal services and absolutely none come close to Tovala. I have a lot of digestive issues, including previous cancer in my digestive tract and this food has literally changed my relationship with food for the better.

And last but not least, the customer service is top-notch. They go above and beyond, like they legit care. So happy I subscribe to Tovala and highly recommend their service. It’s not inexpensive yet I feel the quality and quantity are well worth the cost.

I am a single person and I love everything about this product. I work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. And this makes it so that I can eat easy and nutritious meals on a daily basis instead of referring back to junk food or something quick. I love Tovala!

Finally technology that actually makes life easier!!!

After looking into Tovala for several months, I finally took the plunge and ordered. I have been very happy with the ease of preparing and also the taste of the food. I highly recommend this service. Not sure why I waited so long.

Delicious meals, high quality and healthy!

Tovala is awesome. I was somewhat worried, having ordered it from a Facebook ad, but everything has been perfect. The oven came fast and the meals are excellent. I can get stuff done while my dinner cooks itself. It is worth every cent. They have a wide variety of different meals and I like that I can get high protein without it being a million calories. I can also order extra meals and freeze them. The chicken Alfredo lasagna is to die for. I, unfortunately, am not paid to write reviews. I babble about Tovala for free.

I have not started on the meals yet. I just joined again and I have not received my oven or meals yet.

Meals from Tovala are top notch, reasonably priced, and easy to make. I would definitely recommend Tovala!

I love Tovala. I live alone and I do not like to cook -but these are so easy and soooooo delicious!! I am eating much healthier and it is so easy. I have been telling all my single friends about it

Tovala is a GREAT option for single people or small groups living together (single parents of 1 or roommates that live together). The meals are small portioned to allow meals to be cooked throughly and well (some pasta noodles will be sacrificed and burnt lol). Price is reasonable and I no longer need to grocery shop other than drinks and snacks. Love this mini oven and the meals more.

Meals are on time , delicious, and easy.. the price get a little steep sometimes.. I have enjoyed just about every meal , that's cause I didn't like a certain side..
