Dont trust them, once they have your money they hold onto it for as long as possible , make it hard for you to get it returned then i didnt get my interest back and when questioned i apparently gave it to charity , theres only one charity at the minute as i am now dissabled thats why i had to move from the property I rented ant they are taking money off me . DO NOT TRIST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY , They hold people to ransom saying you need to sign up to this its a joke

Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. After escalating my issue through Property Redress just to get a response, I discovered they had assigned FOUR different email accounts to me, and all that was needed to resolve my issue was merging them. Yet somehow, this baffled their so-called "support" team. Out of the 10 staff members I spoke to, not a single one understood my issue, cared to help, or even asked meaningful questions to resolve it. Instead, they robotically directed me to the same useless company email and portal instructions, completely disregarding my situation.

This company embodies incompetence. 99% of their staff are utterly useless, devoid of any semblance of customer care or basic problem-solving skills. The one person who finally helped stands out as a glaring exception in this sea of ineptitude. Frankly, the rest should be fired and should be embarrased they can't do a job correctly. Let alone the big parent company really needs to do an audit.

If you have the misfortune of having your deposit stuck with them, I feel your pain—because trying to resolve it with this band of nasty, clueless idiots is more futile than asking a 5-year-old to fix it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible company favours Landlords. Did not even talk to tenants. Tenants must never secure deposit with them. This is as good as a scam.

Website very amateur. They dont release deposit as they should. Chat online never work so i can not have any help. Register to get my deposit back after receive a link. And after register it say no deposit on the account. Really struggle to het my deposit back. DO NOT USE.

Horrible self regulated company set up to fast track and favor landlords over tenants and potentially get around protecting tenants deposits. Total lack of professionalism and client care.Only one recommendation - DO NOT USE THEM. Use other well established companies in the market. Lost large portion of our deposit without any plausible explanations given and / or option to escalate.

I was looking for a property to rent and I had to chase for one month to do one viewing. They hardly pick up the phone and when they finally do, they don't return calls. They were never available on the dates and times that worked for me. In the end, they told me the viewing was not possible and cancelled. Lack of respect for clients and made me lose my time and annual leave from my work.
