Non existent Customer service and poor quality product which arrived damaged.uct…

Despite telling them the product arrived damaged and then returning it for a refund they now refuse to give me a refund. Having complained and said this was unsatisfactory they haven't even bothered to reply to me. Customer service is non existent and the product quality is just as bad. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!

parcel arrived damaged and broken

parcel arrived damaged and broken, with parts missing. I have emailed your self the company 3 days ago and still no response to my email concerning my goods. I brought these in time for a job which now I have had to pass on.

I will stay well clear off this company and will be telling friends and family not to buy products from your self. I have been robbed for my money and posted broken items and parts missing

Company does show delivery date when you order stuff .
I ordered U Gauge which everyone needs when in day or maximum but received after 4 weeks.
Tracking was keep showing you will have in few days

The item that was purchased & was…

The item that was purchased & was stated in stock did not arrive on the scheduled date.
When I telephoned to query the item had gone back to processing due to waiting for new stock to arrive.
The new proposed delivery date did not work with our deadline therefore the order was cancelled.

Misleading advertising .

Misleading advertising I made a purchase and half hour later when checking found I was buying only a part and not what I saw advertised but when I called them they refunded my money even though they seem to know what I was talking about so I say why this way it caused confusion.

Avoid avoid avoid !!

Two items ordered one delivered so far but arrived damaged which was clearly damaged prior to packing
Numerous emails and phone calls with no answer or reply
Next port of call is the bank for a charge back or drive to Paignton and Nick in the door until my issues are sorted
Poor poor after sales service so stay well clear
I will purchase from elsewhere next time
