disappointed & feel unable to redeem
i have priced several holidays or flight only … i was bought these vouchers for my birthday i have found this company to be a lot more expensive than others i priced flights to paris with easyjet simply to just use them up but exactly same flights with inspire was £400 dearer so i obviously purchased from easyjet instead, i feel ripped of and unable to use them at a value of £450 im not getting anything for them as the prices are hiked and even if you ring them they can’t accomadate what you ask for would never purchase from this company very misleading as my friends thought id be able to use with the companies they are advertising ie easyjet tui this isn’t the case deffo wouldnt recommend i still have these vouchers 15 months after my birthday as there worth nothing really would love the company explain why same flights were so much more expensive and they was definitely same flights

As a travel agent, our prices are based on live availability and pricing provided by the airlines and suppliers at the time of booking. There can be a number of factors that affect the final price, even when the flights and times appear to be the same, including baggage allowances, fare types, booking conditions, seat options and availability. This can sometimes result in a difference in price between a booking made directly with an airline and one arranged through a travel agent.
We would just like to clarify that the gift card cannot be redeemed directly with the airline or holiday supplier. This is outlined in the gift card terms and conditions, which are available to review before purchase.
We would, however, be very happy to help you find a suitable holiday or flight and make use of your £450 voucher before it expires. If you let us know your preferred dates and destination, we can look at the available options for you.

When it all goes wrong, great companies stand up to be counted, Inspire do not.
Unfortunately we had an issue with our hotel booking that centred around a trip to London to attend the BST at hyde park with VIP tickets. On arrival at the hotel we found that our reservation was not made and had to spend an hour trying to resolve the problem by calling the emergency number which happened to be an international number. We were offered an alternative however this was not of an equivalent product and so sourced our own alternative accommodation.
Once our weekend was concluded we began the complaints process only to find that Inspire use a third party to book accommodation and the third party would take no responsibility for the issue caused and would not entertain offering any more than the cost of the original booking and a small compensatory amount.
We asked inspire if they would be willing to take a level of responsibility and they also refused to upgrade the compensatory amount, neither party willing to accept that our weekend had been impacted. Neither party even considered covering the cost of the international call an acceptable cause of action.
I’m afraid that I will not be using the company again and I would also advise anyone else to find an alternative booking arrangements.

Waste of money
Got given a voucher as a leaving gift. You have to call to book and they give you a quote. Long winded and waste of time.looking at holidays is too fidget I think they make it hard work so you don’t book. £200 gift unused. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
