Love the Travel Agent experience
Havent been abroad for many many years and decided to go as a family 2 years ago and have since caught the holiday bug and booked a further 3 holidays with yourselves. I am quite specific in what i wanted and will only deal with Aimee in the Bridgend branch as she seems to "get me" and what im looking for. Im old school and like the whole travel agent way of booking as i completely trust them to get it right. Have always matched my online price too which is a bonus.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, I always see Nicola Jones. (Bridgend Branch) I am really hard to please and I have no complaints when I chop and change my decisions. I have to consider my autistic grandson when choosing the correct holiday and Nicola always keeps this in mind. She also arranges special assistance for the airport, because it’s too overwhelming for my boy to be in crowds and noise. I don’t go anywhere else, why would I. I highly recommend this travel agents and it’s staff. Booking process was easy and now I sit back and count down to the big day. 😜

Help and advice received from Nichola whilst booking our holiday to Italy was second to none. Nothing too much trouble for her. Especially having to go through worries of having to cancel our holiday to Dubai because of the troubles out there.
