Staff are very experienced & provide an excellent service. My booking was conducted by phone & Sharon provided answers to all my questions by phoning me back within a short period of time.
I was happy with the quote for the cruise I requested & proceeded by paying the deposit.Sharon sent me an email confirming all the details of the cruise I had booked for June 2027.

I am not happy with the service I…
I am not happy with the service I received because my confirmation with all my personal details on was sent to a lady in newport ,if this lady hadn't phoned me to tell me what had happened I wouldn't have know because she emailed travel house to say what had happened, but travel house failed to let me know so I wont be booking another holiday there again
