Very friendly helpful customer service highly recommend and will be back for sure first class service

Was expected to pay remainder owing for holiday within 2 hours of phone call from shop, and was expected to pay it over the phone before the shop closed or cancel, so cancelled holiday forfeiting deposit. Did not have any prior notice 7 days or even 48 hours notification to pay remainder. Would not use this company again.

Excellent customer service, staff are so friendly this is why we like to use them. 10/10

This is the second time I’ve booked through travel house with Kelly and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had seen the holiday I wanted on a website but wanted it tailored to our needs so knew I’d go straight to Kelly as knew I could trust her as she was amazing when I booked with her last year and she delivered.
I will always book all holidays with her from now on.
