I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Dominic when arranging my flights to Jamaica for next year.
On Sunday, 13th September, I decided to begin looking at flight options for my forthcoming trip. Whilst searching online, I came across TravelhouseUK and found a suitable flight. I then decided to telephone your office for further assistance, and my call was answered by Dominic.
From the very beginning, Dominic was extremely polite, professional and attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to my requirements and asked the appropriate questions in order to understand exactly what I needed. I had several stipulations regarding my travel plans, but Dominic worked through each of them patiently and efficiently.
Within only a few minutes, he came back to me with clear answers and suitable options. I was particularly impressed by his dedication, knowledge and genuine willingness to go above and beyond in helping me secure the most appropriate flights. His manner made what could have been a stressful booking process straightforward, pleasant and reassuring.
Thanks to Dominic’s excellent assistance, I am now fully booked for my trip to Jamaica next year. I am extremely grateful for the level of customer service I received and feel that Dominic is a real credit to TravelhouseUK.
